I had custom home builder Gary Manus build an accessory dwelling unit for me, and he used Jennifer Benson Architecture. Jennifer was very easy to work with and I am very happy with the custom end result that was achieved using both these professionals. I am probably going to engage her to help me with another ADU at my other rental property here in Charlotte in the coming months. I really couldn't be happier! A+++

Jennifer Benson and her firm was the BEST decision I have ever made pertaining to remodeling my house. Her attention to detail in maintaining the historical and architectural significance of my house was spot on. Home was built in 1926 and wanted to blend the old (living room , dining room) with the new (kitchen and master bedroom and bath. Less than a month after the completion of the project, the home was part of a Christmas tour of homes. Accolades were plentiful to say the least!! (over 600 people toured in 2 days). Would not hesitate at all to recommend this OUTSTANDING professional. You will not go wrong with Jennifer Benson Architecture. PLLC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
