Disappointed on so many levels. We hired them for a deck, patio cover/carport, and an exterior facelift. Five months and thousands of dollars later, we had almost nothing to show for it. Their "design" services consisted of using the Pinterest photos that we provided and some basic CAD drawings. They didn't show up to an initial meeting, (admitted putting it on their calendar incorrectly, this should have been a red flag), didn't read or respond to multiple emails with important information, didn't incorporate several specific written requests into project plans, and continuously wasted time, but they certainly charged for every minute they may have been even thinking about our project. Of course what we paid would have been a small portion of our overall project budget, but to have received virtually no timelines or final plans, or even basic communication, and to have wasted months of time that could have been used actually planning and completing the project, we decided to cut our losses. Before posting a review, we reached out to the owner (I am always very hesitant to post something that could negatively impact someone's livelihood), but from his defensive response it seems like this is just how they do business, and I feel our experience should be available to anyone considering using their services.

Metke Remodeling completed a major remodel on our home and a major outdoor project as well. It was a great experience from start to finish. Jeff and his team were true professionals and beyond doing exceptional work they greatly reduced our stress with their great project management.

Another remodeling success provided by Metke Remodeling! Our master bath was old and tired and very small. Their designer created a beautiful plan to increase the size and give us a wonderful closet and new laundry to boot! Their project manager and team of subs were great people to have in our home on a daily basis- we always knew when they would be working and what projects were slated for their time, so there were no surprises. They arranged their work in the most thoughtful ways to minimize any inconvenience to us and were so respectful of us and our home. And, drum roll her, they finished ON TIME! Built Bookcases and cabinets across the wall in the great room, Then came back and redid our Kitchen. Mr. Metke and his crew did what they said they would do and did it on time and on budget! About as painless as it gets! Great work and a great result!
