We chose the Jeffcoats after meeting with Rhett, he was professional and their work was amazing, and they are a family company. We lived in New England and had to rely on them completely, they supplied us with a designer to work with us and it was the absolute BEST experience we have ever had, every part of the process was incredible. They were completely trustworthy, available, professional, on time, on budget! The house is the house of our dreams and I would do it all over again with this team! We are over the moon with our home, the quality is supreme and the follow through now that we are moved in is just as quick and professional as the first day we met this team. I would never hesitate to have them build you your home!!

Jeffcoat Builders exceeded our expectations in every facet of our building experience. Our custom home was completed on time and on budget while the Jeffcoat team worked very closely with us in making smart decisions that would add value to our home while not breaking the bank. This was a long distance project for us and we only saw the house twice while under construction. Prior to the completion, our last visit was at framing. Not only was everything completed to our specifications, but in many areas where we did not focus a lot of our attention, there were delightful little surprises that exceeded our expectations. The team is awesome. Everyone we worked with was knowledgeable and pleasant and eager to help us create our dream home. We got it - our dream home - and it is absolute perfection! I would highly recommend Randy Jeffcoat Builders.

It is my pleasure to write a review about Randy Jeffcoat Builders, Inc. Randy and his team completed my new 3,500 square foot home on Hilton Head Island on time (8 months start to finish as promised) and on budget. Throughout the process their construction services, attention to detail and quality of product exceeded my expectations. Every phase of the project from our first meeting, through architectural design, lot selection, materials selection and actual construction were professionally orchestrated and seamless. The Jeffcoat family takes great pride in what they do and respond quickly to any question or concern. They have built a reputation of being one of the top builders in the area and they certainly demonstrated this to me.

We saw a Jeffcoat model at the Parade of Homes in 2013 and were very impressed. When we started construction, they gave us a tentative completion date of June 14th. The project was completed on June 13th. We are very happy with the quality of construction and the professionalism of all the staff. Our job superintendent, Jeremy was extremely helpful in all respects. We would highly recommend Randy Jeffcoat Builders to any future home builder.

Super builder that met our every expectation. Project was completed on time and on budget. We continue to receive compliments on our house . If you would ask if we would work with Jeffcoat Builders again...absolutely.
