Concept Lofts

Jake did our dormer loft conversion in November 2021. We got several companies to quote but decided to go with Concept Lofts as the price was competitive and the timeframe quick which was important to us as we wanted minimal disruption. The whole build process couldn’t have gone better and the job was completed in 4.5 weeks. Jakes team were professional, turned up on time, extremely hardworking, and cleared away after themselves. The communication with Jake throughout was great and he was on hand to answer any questions we had. Our neighbours even commented about how speedy and efficient the job was. The end result is fantastic and we are so happy that we made the decision to go with Concept Lofts.

I don't usually write reviews to be honest but Jake and his team are incredible. Nothing was ever too big or small for them, they even did things that was not part of the job. I had loads of quotes but Jake really impressed me most as he was the only one who gave me a floor plan on the spot, he was offering ideas and solutions to every question me and my wife had. It took them a little over 4 weeks for us to have a wonderfully constructed 2 spacious bedroom size along with a bathroom, he was by far the cheapest out of the 8 quotes I recieved. Him and his guys are very approachable, they are definitely the best in what they do, I most definitely recommend them to anyone thinking about doing their lofts, you won't regret it. Paul

Very few building companies can offer an 4-6 week completion estimate. Our rear former was completed and interiors plasteted within 4 weeks. We are very happy with the end result which is to a very high standard, and the process was painless with no delays in any of the steps. All members was very friendly, skilled and professional. Jake was always prompt to respond to any questions and where very helpful In making suggestions. Would strongly recommend them, specialists!!

We used concept loft to complete our hip to gable loft conversion on our semi detached three bed house. Our contact Jake was available from the initial contact to the end of the project for any questions or queries we had. Concept lofts were the only company we felt 100% confident in. They gave a reasonable quote which was adhered to and paid in instalments, they finished the job extremely quickly - in less time than initially quoted and also were the only company that worked alongside the architect to make sure we didn’t need to loose any room in our current small box room. All work was completed to a high standard and the workmen from concept lofts were all professional, tidy and respectable. We would highly recommend concept lofts to anyone without hesitation.

Concept Lofts were the only company to turn up on time to quote, gave a competitive price and had the ability to communicate effectively. Jake was also the only one to assure us our box room wall wouldn't need to move to make room for the stairs, all the others said we needed to move the wall and lose space in an already small room. When you are spending this much money on a project you want someone who can answer your questions quickly, be professional and efficient. I'm pleased to say Jake and his entire team were all of this. Very friendly, hardworking, tidy and polite. They are also fast and had the entire project completed within 4 weeks. We are very pleased with our new loft conversion and wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use Jake and his team again in the future.

Jake and his team completed a two bedroom one bathroom loft extension on my Victorian terrace house in six weeks and to a very competent standard. The finish is exactly as I wanted it and additional work was carried out on other areas of the house at a reasonable cost and within the same timescale. Jake was responsive, open to criticism and adaptable as much as he and the plans could be. I would recommend him and his team highly.

Excellent loft conversion! The speed & quality of the work was second to none, the team of builders was superb: helpful, reliable, tidy & polite. After obtaining a tonne of quotes, a friend recommended Jake and his team and I'm really pleased they did. Not only was his quote competitive but he did everything that he said he would do and more. All his team are clean, tidy and polite and they also go out of there way to help you with what ever they can. I had been told by other people who had loft conversions to expect something to go wrong or for it to take a lot longer to complete than expected but I am happy to say that not only was it wrapped up within the 4 weeks quoted, but the only thing to go wrong was at our end with the flooring and they even adapted to that to make sure the build stayed on track. We can not recommend highly enough.
