I have hired Matt and his team for two different major projects. The most recent was a large addition onto our house that included some very challenging requirements. Matt was very collaborative in working through the design details to come up with an excellent final design. His communications were very timely and thorough throughout the project. The quality of his work is excellent. I have received several positive comments about how well the addition matched the original 20 year old house. I will use Matt again in the future.

Matt and his crew did an outstanding job of remodeling and adding on to our home Chillicothe. Matt is honest and provided great input. We were very satisfied with the workmanship.

Matt with McMorrow Construction recently completed a renovation for us -- turning an unused living room into a beautiful, functional study, including custom floor-to-ceiling bookshelves, solid oak & glass doors, oak panels and custom trim. Even more impressive, he helped us solve a BIG problem -- our home had only one stairway to our second level -- in the back of the house. We wanted a second stair, but fitting it into our existing space (without a major demolition and rebuild) was a challenge and potentially very expensive. Matt managed to install and trim a spiral staircase AND make it fit into our home so beautifully, you'd think it was planned from the beginning. I can't say enough about McMorrow Construction. They stayed on-budget, were pleasant, clean and finished on time! You don't hear that too often... I'll call them again for my next project.

Matt provided a very detailed quote so we knew exactly what we were signing up for. His crew was knowledgeable and professional and they took every precaution to protect the areas of the house they were not working in and to minimize the dust and mess. The final project was exactly as I had envisioned. We would definitely recommend his services to others!

Matt Mcmorrow's work is not good it is EXCELLENT He has built a 3400 sq. ft. House for me and has done remodel work such as windows cabinets and other projects at two other houses I own. You will not go wrong with this guy!

We have used Matt and company for 3 major projects, including a full interior remodel, major new addition, and full exterior renovation. The quoting phase was thorough and professional, including a detailed timeline. Construction was professional and timely. We appreciated that Matt fully controlled the process, including the sub-contactors. McMorrow Construction stands behind their work, including some minor callbacks for unexpected issues.

Matt was awesome! I was a novice to 'construction' and he came out to review my plan and the site. Then he provided recommendations based on my vision that allowed me to obtain my desired outcome while staying on budget. The workers were all courteous and respectful of my home and family and always cleaned up every day after working. I trusted them and was very pleased by the results and proud to show it off!
