Irvine Robinson Interiors was originally founded in 1948 by longtime owner Jack Irvine. Jack’s journey began in a hardware store where he was granted the opportunity to sell sheers. To expand his services, Jack decided to branch out on his own and open his first location in Leaside Toronto. A few years later, Jack decided to move the company to a larger location in Downsview, Toronto, where for many years Irvine Robinson Interiors operated as an interior design firm and furniture manufacturer. Eventually the focus shifted and Irvine Robinson Interiors started carrying product from various suppliers. In 1993 Jack’s son and current owner Doug Irvine decided to move the company north to Aurora, Ontario to introduce a more personable experience for clients, and to showcase product from our suppliers. Today, we are happy to say we are still enjoying success and growth in Aurora.

We have had the pleasure of sourcing product from the Aurora store as well as to custom order furniture, bedding, and accent lighting for past projects. The selection of quality products is extensive and very much appreciated by both our clients and ourselves. The results have been gorgeous and the clients have been very pleased with the quality of all pieces, the delivery and set up of the products, and the after care and client service that Doug and Neil have provided. All our of interactions with the store and the team at Irvine Robinson have been wonderful. We look forward to working with them again soon.

I have worked on numerous projects using Irvine Robinson Interiors retail furnishing services. They are a "true service oriented" business! They have always catered to my extensive and particular design requirements with great care, attention and respect. My client's have always been beyond pleased with there products, service and knowledge. I have worked extensively with Neil and Doug who have always gone above and beyond for me. This family run business is a pleasure to order beautiful furniture, accessories and fabric from. The Irvine family and their staff are helpful, pleasant and informed. You get wonderful products with the best of service. I highly recommend this company and I have ordered tons of furniture from them. Our clients are always extremely pleased!
