I am so happy I hired Rob and his team at Intrigue Builders! They were very warm, kind, and still very professional while working on our kitchen renovation. Always kept me informed of all the little details that they were working on. Any and all issues that came up were handled quickly and with our best interests in mind. Rob and his team at Intrigue Builders are incredible building professionals with a keen eye for detail and a thorough knowledge of building codes and regulations. Intrigue builders did a tear-down and rebuild of our deck. The result is a strong and beautiful composite-material deck that we love. The project was quick and seamless from start to finish with strong communication all the way through!

I have had the pleasure of Rob and his team do some renovation work which included among other things, installing hardwood, assembling an Ikea kitchen and installing it, installations of title back splashes and installing doors and trim work. My wife and I are pleased with his work and have no hesitation recommending him. From custom home building to renovations Rob knows his stuff!

Hi hired Rob to finish an small renovation. The home was older, and with settling, and the temperature fluctuations, the front door did not have a proper seal. It was drafty and did not provide the security the homeowner needed. Another contractor had looked at the door but felt it was too involved a project to fix it. Rob replaced the door with no trouble. He provided excellent service and quality work. Rob is always courteous, respectful and professional with my clients. Rob works with care and diligence, and tries hard to accommodate timelines. He is respectful of budgets and and good communicator, which is the key to a successful renovation project.

Intrigue Builders aka Rob was the guiding force behind a renovation of my home that added a full standing wet bar to my living room area along with converting an empty bedroom into a ‘superbathroom.” As part of a successful trifecta, the outside of my house was recovered with insulation and vinyl siding. Rob organized each tradesperson from a bottomless pit of contacts that he seemed to have. Like any renovation project, mine was the typical journey rather than the destination. Each step of the way, and always driving 12 seconds ahead, Rob found the right balance between making the end product as perfect as it could be, and never losing sight of the big picture, which was how that end product would ultimately make me a satisfied customer.
