I have followed embers a ash on a few jobs to decorate afterwards and cannot fault their work which is why I decided to use them to fit a log Burner for us. They were professional , a pleasure to have in the house and did a fantastic job. We had a few other companies in to quote but Embers and Ash were the ones that filled us with confidence and we wasn't disappointed.

Mark has done a number of jobs in my home and always in a very professional and helpful manner. We had a new gas fire fitted, the advise offered was very helpful and the job very well done. I would highly recommend this company.

We hired Embers & Ash Ltd last October. Steve from the company came and did a survey of the fireplace and chimney and his knowledge of the right fire and fittings was very helpful to us . Most of the fitting day was take up by digging out the exsiting fireplace all the work done was to a very high standard. Our stove is a Aarrow Ecoburn Plus 7 ,7.1 kw and we have both said why didn't we do this sooner!! thank you Embers & Ash Ltd

Just had an old cast iron fireplace taken out and replaced with briefly a gas stove, pillars and oak beam mantle. Having taken out the existing fireplace and exposing basically a mess, the work originally commissioned to be undertaken had to be altered. Mark was extremely helpful and patient as we were trying to decide what should be done. His workmanship was second to non and he is a very competent problem solver. The majority of work was undertaken by Mark with support from Steve when necessary. The result has totally transformed what was a very cold looking room to one where the fire has become the focal point. Very clean worker. We are delighted with the result and have no hesitation recommending Mark and Steve.

Mark and Steve were extremely professional in everything they did. It started with maticulius and precise planning and design proposals for the fireplace. It then turned into a military style operation (for four days) - From putting plastic sheeting down covering all the carpets, making sure everything was removed on a daily basis, down to using a hoover once they guys had completed their work. All in all, we could not say one bad thing about these guys. In fact, we would go as far to say they are the most professional team of builders we have ever had working in our house. 100% Satisfaction and would recommend them to anyone looking to transform their fireplace. Embers and Ash did a really professional job, installing a gas "wood burner" fire in our lounge. They have a real customer focus. I would highly recommend the quality of their work and their attention to detail. We love our new fire - it creates the right ambience in our new room, especially on the dark winter evenings.

Mark and Steve from Ember and Ash installed our multi-fuel stove last week. We are absolutely delighted with the result. They have a great showroom and there is no "hard sell" just honest advise based on their experience. The installation took 2 days following the initial survey. They did a really professional job for us. They arrived, as arranged, and completed the work in the 2 days (as estimated). Mark matched the bricks in our existing inglenook fireplace exactly, The attention to detail for the whole job was fantastic. We could not have wished for more. Mark and Steve own the business and do their own installations, we found a lot of companies use external contractors to install their stoves, with Embers and Ash everything is done "in-house" and it is clear they take a real pride in their work. Highly recommended. Tip...when you visit the showroom take pictures of where you want the stove installed. It will help with initial discussions prior to any survey visit.

Embers and Ash recently replaced what was an open fireplace and installed an ACR woodburner in my cottage. I was really impressed. Their beautiful showroom was great for ideas, examples and inspiration, and the whole process from the initial quote to the finished fireplace was absolutely faultless. Steve and Mark clearly have a wealth of experience, skills and expertise which help them make the project seamless, professional, and to an extremely high standard.
