IDENTITY HOME staging+design

I just moved from Long Beach to another part of LA, forcing me to put my condo of four and a half years up for sale. It has good bones and already possesses existing touches that align with the low-key beachy feel of the neighborhood with a few retro accents: hardwood, plantation shutters, ceiling fans, original radiant heating controls and door telecom (decorative). Kevin and his team elevated it by adding glass pieces, natural sponge, ceramic, bamboo and adding pieces in colors of sea and stone to contrast with the earth tones of the walls and floors. It reminded me of why I bought the place to begin with and how great a place can look if you take time and care... and if you have vision. As the seller, the only work I had to put into this project was signing the necessary forms. It was well worth the money, netting offers well above and within a few days of listing.

Like millions of others, I enjoy watching remodeling, designing, and homebuying on HGTV. I never imagined that my home would be staged by one of the gifted stager-designers of that very network. I had the great pleasure of having my condo home prepared for sale by Chris of the Identity Home team. He was the design part of my super-star triple threat with Realtor Susy Cabrera of Keller Williams Pacific Estates and Salvador Perez of New Ranch Renovations, all of Long Beach, California. Chris was amazing, funny, thorough, and knowledgeable. He always made me feel like my input was important and he was there to help guide me to a successful sale. After a little updating, touch-up paint, and light maintenance by Sal's on-time and hard-working crew we were able to move to the really enjoyable part we all like watching. Chris used just a few new items added to what we already owned. It was pure magic watching him place, move, add and delete, and shift my items around to completely change the feel. My husband is still amused by the wooden tray with a rolled-up towel, an empty bottle of wine, and an artfully tipped over wine glass that was meant to "create interest". But boy did it. We had so many showings and ended up with multiple offers. We sold our condo in 10 days, which is 3 weeks faster (!) than the average. I know I have this amazing team (and of course, God) to thank for the quick sale and the great interest. Thank you so so so much! All three are highly recommended!

Highly, highly recommend Identity Home! AMAZING results at an amazing price. They made our home look absolutely beautiful (for a while, it made us regret we were selling it!) To our excitement, our home went well over asking price. It was very much worth the investment! My wife and I were fortunate to have a home staging consultation with Identity Home through our realtor. We were advised about their work on Flip or Flop, but were far more impressed about how humble and easy to work with both Chris and Kevin were. There was never any pressure or hard sell, simply a thorough walkthrough room by room discussing the vision they had, the vision we had, and how to make our home look the best it could. I can't say enough about Kevin and his entire team . . .I got his name from a referral from another agent. I spoke to Kevin and he made time to do a consultation right away. After he was able to preview the property, he offered his vision and made a suggestion to paint some of the interior to brighten up the home and make it more modern. He provided a referral for someone he highly recommended and my client was able to have his house painted the next week! Throughout the staging process Kevin sent me updates and kept me completely informed of his progress and vision. Kevin and his team did a phenomenal job. Their style, taste, and execution was world class! He has excellent attention to detail. Being from out of town I relied on Kevin and he has been an excellent partner. He hired the photographer and and on picture day they even wheeled a mini dumpster out of the way! I am extremely happy with the way the home photographed and know it will sell quickly! Kevin, was great. He staged our home beautifully on short notice. We didn’t need to stage the entire house, but with the amount we did do, the house looked amazing.

After interviewing several staging companies in the LA area I selected Identity Home Staging & Design. Kevin and Chris made the process very easy and enjoyable from beginning to end. I had a multi-level townhome, 1900 sq. ft, that I wanted completely staged before listing it for sale. The townhome had some challenges to overcome in staging design because it had an elevator. The design team came up with a great color scheme, design, and layout which showcased the townhome beautifully. I chose to have every room and patio staged. Even though it cost more I'm so happy I decided to have the complete staging. The complete staging made the property show better and I believed it helped me get the price I wanted for the property. The design team were always responsive, kind and thoughtful; they followed through as promised. Right after the townhome was put on the market for sale we had a water leak that required some major repairs. The staging furniture had to be de-staged before repairs were completed. The design team were very quick to help after the damage was found and then again after the repairs were completed. Without complaint, the design team came back and re-staged the property for a second time. After the design team re-staged the townhome we had a purchase offer within two weeks. I am so happy with Identity Home Staging & Design services; I would definitely work with them again.

After interviewing several of our area staging companies, we chose to go with Kevin and Christopher from Identity Home Staging. There services offered so much more than simple home staging. Both Kevin and Christopher took the time to review and recommend changes needed to not just the inside but also everything outside our house in order to obtain top dollar on the market. Things such as paint and carpet colors that would highlight the existing cabinets, flooring and bathroom flooring. Outside was much the same, where to trim, plant, paint, remove or add patio furniture, etc. The entire process from start to finish went flawlessly and was without a doubt, responsible for us obtaining several purchase offers and getting top dollar for our home in less than 5 weeks.
