Mark did a great job designing our custom home. He truly took the time to listen to what we wanted and provided professional input to all of our questions. I would highly recommend ibds for any architectural needs. He made the home design process easy and I would definitely use him again.

We highly recommend Mark and the excellent job he did. He listened to our design ideas and made suggestions that ultimately improved the overall design. We also loved his “Fly-through “ CAD program. It allowed us to see some of the finer details as well as do a virtual walk through early on in the process. Mark is a true professional and we were very impressed with his work. We highly recommend ibds.

I highly recommend this architect. My sister (located in Germany) and I (located in Wisconsin) wanted to build a completely custom ADA compliant 2,500 sq.ft. home to meet our very unique requirements for retirement in Foristell, MO. He handled the communication challenges with ease and in a very timely manner designed a beautiful, AFFORDABLE home perfectly suited for a .7 acre lot with very unique characteristics. All the while keeping building costs in mind. We also hired him to oversee hiring and working with other professionals to correct what could have been potential problems of building on this lot. And because of our absence and lack of knowledge he's been a very trusted partner throughout the building of the house. Paying a bill is never a pleasure, but Mark's rates and bills are very reasonable and he has certainly been worth every penny.

I found ibds, PC using Google search. Mark responded to my inquiry quickly and we set up our first meeting. He listened to what I wanted in house designs and made recommendations based on county codes and engineering guidelines. Throughout the process he has been available for meetings to make sure that his product (the blueprints) meet my expectations. Overall I find him to be very professional and he truly cares about his clients. I would highly recommend using his company, ibds, PC.

I have worked with Mark on a large scale committee project that started well over a year ago. Mark has done an excellent job listening to all the members on the committee, truly taking the time to understand the depth of the needs and the scope of the project. He has not only taken into consideration all points raised, but then has done an excellent job in bringing those ideas and concerns to life in his designs. His communication style is clear, and he strives to ensure that we are kept up to date throughout the entire process as well as giving ample opportunity to interject and add input as needed. He worked well with every member of our team and his work was timely and excellent. I hope to work with him again in the future!

In January of 2015 I had this professional design me and my wife a house to build on a lot I had just purchased. He was knowledgeable, easy to work with and was very receptive to all the ideas we had. The only reason we didn't use his plan was because the builder we signed on to build our house preferred not to use outside plans and we found one of the builders plans to be acceptable but a distant second to the plan designed by IBDS, PC.

Mark is extremely knowledgeable and well versed on all aspects of architectural design and building processes. I have had the great privilege of working with Mark over the past several months as part of our School's Building Committee for which we are tasked with creating a new Building Design for our future school facility. Mark has professionally lead this effort and has been a great source of knowledge and expertise in putting together the conceptual design for our future building. He has always been extremely responsive to our requests and has met all time demands asked of him. Mark was honest and knowledgeable when helping us design our addition on our home. My original ideas weren't really best suited for the layout of our home, and he helped us come up with a plan that I ended up liking much better than what I came up with. I feel much more confident about the design and structural integrity of his plan. He was easy to work with and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I would recommend him to my friends and family.
