I was initially impressed with Amanda Garcia's enthusiasm, communication skills, and professional demeanor when I hired her to sell my older home (built in the 1960's with several additions). Amanda multitasks effectively and was able to design and project manage the remodel of two bathrooms, beautifully stage the house (inside and outside) and strategically determine when to list and hold the open house. Of particular value to me was Amanda's ability to work with my husband who originally did not see the value of staging. Her team player mindset and enthusiastic embrace of the challenge proved to exceed expectations as the house immediately (should we define immediately?) went under contract and was sold for more than expected. Amanda is a hardworking, top-performing real estate professional. She has my highest recommendation, and I am happy to furnish more details if you would like additional information.

Connie and Amanda were the best!! They helped us make our new home beautiful. Once we established our budget, we worked together to make the best selections on lighting, cabinetry hardware, flooring, paint colors and granites. The new house is simply gorgeous and we couldn't have made it so without their guidance.
