Home Renew is a full service residential remodeling company. We offer turnkey home renovations. Our company specializes in window replacement, siding installation, kitchen and bathroom remodeling.
Process
Consultation
We will schedule a no obligation, no charge consultation to review your project, demonstrate and discuss various solutions, materials, and colors. Frequently we can provide an estimate right on the spot. If it is kitchen and bathroom remodeling we will take pictures, measurements and diagram the layout. It it's window replacement or siding we will take measurements.
Design Services
Sometimes our clients are unsure about colors, materials and products. In these situations we can take a picture and create a variety of of renderings so you can find the look that suits you. This especially useful, when reallocating space, like moving a wall, or re-configuring your kitchen or bathroom layout. We can create a 3D computer model to really begin to experience the new layout.
Material Selection
Interior Projects typically contain a variety of materials. Fixtures, Stone Counter Tops, Tile, etc. If you like, we can assist in the process by making recommendations, utilize supplier decorators, etc., or we can leave it up to you. If you want to pick out materials yourself, we will give you a list of preferred suppliers with the allowance for each item you select. Many of our suppliers have designers on hand who are more than willing to help coordinate colors and materials. Certainly, you are not limited to the list and free to shop anywhere you like.
Progress - Completion
Exterior projects can be completed in as little as one or two days or longer based on scope. Once complete we will ask you to look everything and sign a certificate of completion. Interior projects typically take several weeks or longer, based on the overall job scope.
