Enthusiastic design led architectural Practice. Specialised in high-end residential projects all over greater London. David Hingamp runs the show here and therefore provides a very personable one to one service. Being a small Practice means that David will assist you in the project brief, produce design options, manage Council Planning, construction details, specification of works for tenders and manages the building contractors. In the last 12 years, many of the clients have come back with new projects & new briefs which is the sign of a well-run business.

David Smith

David was pleasure to work with during our project. We had a full width extension and full refurbishment of the ground floor plus a fantastic family bathroom that David designed for us on the first floor of our victorian house in Herne Hill. He worked closely with me and my wife throughout the whole project and left us with our dream home for our young family to grow up in. His ideas and enthusiasm were fantastic and we could not be happier with the outcome !

David Hingamp of Archic was the architect for the refurbishment of our warehouse conversion flat in Shad Thames. He understood what we were looking for and had a great appreciation of the potential of the "bones" of the flat and how to make the most of its features and the space. He pushed us where needed to do things we would not have done and we have had no regrets since. He was thoroughly professional in his approach and attention to the detail of the build, ensuring a high quality finish that stands the test of time and sets our property apart from others. Highly recommended.

David Hingamp of Archic provided a superb service for us, as we sought to modernise and restructure the back end of our Victorian terrace house in South London. David provided not just architectural support, but detailed advice on fixtures and fittings and project management which, from the start of the work, took virtually all of the stress out of what for us was a big project. Archic provided tremendous value for money: we can genuinely say it was the best-spent cash we have invested in this project, and the finished product has been great in terms of both aesthetics and practicality. Really can't recommend David and Archic highly enough.

We hired David as our architect to jointly develop ideas for the refurbishment of our flat in Maida Vale. David done a marvellous job and he was a joy to work with. All plans and specifications for the project were prepared to a high standard and David’s supervision during the actual works and his attention to the finest detail were vital in developing a successful project.
