We are very pleased with our new home built by Travis Creek Homes. Eddie, Lou Ann, and Jared were an absolute pleasure to work with! What stands out the most is their organization, communication, and integrity. These are qualities not easily found in builders nowadays. They use very good reputable subs and the quality of materials used in the building process are excellent! Even after moving in, whenever we have a question or need a small fix, they respond to us immediately and promptly. We highly recommend Travis Creek Homes!

We chose Travis Creek Homes because from our very first meeting – Eddie, Lou Ann and Jared were friendly, detail oriented and very open about the process. It’s important in the home building process that you have a team that you get along with. They were recommended to us by neighbors who used them twice in their building process. Eddie was our team lead, so we worked mainly with him. He gave us updates often and a clear vision of next steps. We never felt like we didn’t know what was going on, especially since we live in Houston and we were building in the Dripping Springs area. Jared was also very helpful, up to date on our build and available when Eddie was out of town. Lou Ann was a great resource for making selections for interior design. She was willing to take us around Austin looking for finishings. She let me make my decisions without her opinion unless I asked. This was our first time to build a house, we were nervous about the process, Eddie made the entire process seem as relaxing as possible. His easy-going and humor filled personality is one of his strengths. It is obvious that he also is a very experienced builder, and when the occasional issue popped up, either from design, or something else, he always had a couple ways to suggest ways to address the situation. If we were to build again, we would choose Travis Creek Homes.

In the frustrating world of remodeling/construction, Eddie, Jared and Lou Ann will do everything they can to get the job done right. They were great to work with and we are very happy with the end result.

AMAZING….. I have to say I was blessed beyond words to have been introduced to the Travis Creek Homes building team. Starting a new home during the times of COVID was challenging at best with ever changing costs due to supplies and sub-contract workers along with factoring in the weather conditions which impacted Texas in the year of 2021. Eddie and Lou Ann Dick along with Jared Juszczak made my build one of the most pleasurable projects I have ever taken on especially being a first time from the ground-up build for me. They went above and beyond to make sure I was a pleased. The quality and services of their work is A++ in addition to being fair, upfront and extremely easy to communicate with. Eddie has vast business and building experience which gave me great confidence. All of their sub-contractors were great to work with and it was evident the subs understood the quality of work which the Travis Creek Homes team expected. Travis Creek Homes doesn’t stop providing assistance and follow-up service when and if the need arises. They take pride in every single home they build and even after completion they continue to make sure I am a happy customer. Travis Creek Homes is an A number one building team. I would and have recommended them many times over. I LOVE MY NEW HOME.

Eddie did a great job on our remodel consisting of plaster walls and ceilings, steel/glass windows and doors, matching existing hardwood floors and moving a fireplace from corner of room to center of wall. Very well done! Eddie also handled very well those “remodel surprises” that always seem to come up.

The best decision we made during our extensive home addition and renovation process was hiring Travis Creek Homes! Eddie has vast building experience and serves as a trusted guide throughout the process. Lou Ann's eye for design and extensive vendor connections were so helpful while choosing finishes. And Jared always went above and beyond to manage all of the details, consistently communicate, and keep the project on track. They make a great team! Most importantly, they are honest, good people, and we felt comfortable trusting one of our biggest assets to their care. It was so wonderful to know that even when the inevitable hiccups happened along the way, they would always make it right. While many new build or renovation project can be stressful, they made it as seamless and transparent as possible. We love our new home and would choose them a million times over again!

I have known Eddie for years. He is a great builder. He is doing a custom home that I designed this year. I am excited.

Eddie and Lou Ann were great. They were there every day and made sure the subs showed up at the right time to avoid "dead time". Our kitchen renovation was done in less than a month and on budget. And best of all, it looks fantastic.

From walking our lot the first time for planning, through design and construction, and finish out, it was a pleasing experience. The architect they recommended was excellent...able to listen to us and understand what we had in mind, give helpful suggestions during design, and designed our home as we requested. We were kept informed throughout the entire design process. No surprises. The subcontractors Travis Creek Homes used we’re excellent and easy to work with. In fact, a neighbor building at the same time was extremely impressed by the subcontractors work on our house compared to his own. Eddie has followed up with any issues that have arisen since house completion. We would highly recommend Travis Creek Homes to anyone interested in building a custom home. Their commitment and dedication are evident in the completed project.

We were blessed BEYOND MEASURE that Eddie and LouAnn built our Lakeway home! From our very first meeting, they quickly understood what our needs were and what we envisioned. As a family caring for a war hero with accessibility needs for his wheelchair and all aspects of daily living, it was a breath of fresh air to see that they immediately understood our needs. Their attention to every single detail is impressive and the quality of workmanship impeccable! Lou Ann made the interior design selection process painless and a breeze! With a deadline and budget dictated by "others-dependent" events, they graciously faced and met every demand. As a family, we can say that we would move into a Travis Creek Home "sight-unseen."

My wife and I encountered Eddie and Lou Ann Dick by pure chance when we were browsing for a home in Lakeway, Texas. We came upon a house in the neighborhood we wanted being built by Travis Creek Homes that had begun construction about 1 month prior. While Eddie and LouAnn had already made most of the selections in the house, they allowed us, without penalty, to alter selections and to tweak the design of the house to suit our tastes and desires, including a built in wine room. Eddie and Lou Ann worked with us themselves (not some sales guy or project manager) throughout the entire home building experience, were very hands-on, very knowledgeable and were absolutely wonderful to deal with. Eddie and Lou Ann were extraodinarily fair with us, and continue to provide support whenever we have any questions or need anything. What's better is Travis Creek has stood behind their name and have taken care of any issues that have arisen (which have been very few) even after our 1 year warranty passed. Outstanding service and solid people. This is the third house my wife and I have built, and this has been by far our best experience with a builder. I would HIGHLY recommend Travis Creek Homes for your next home!
