We had an excellent experience with this company. A real person answered the phone. I was hoping to have carpet installed in our finished basement before Christmas, and they were able to fit us in. They came to the house asap to measure and show us samples. They advised and answered my questions, they were straightforward, professional and never pushy. The carpet looks and feels great. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Harry's Carpet One to our friends.

I have used Harry’s for carpeting three different locations and give them high praise for all three jobs! Their customer service is excellent, pricing very competitive and installation flawless. They keep to a schedule and leave the job site immaculate. Whenever I book a job, I always deal with Brian L. He is extremely knowledgeable, very responsive and amazingly patient!

From measurements, to reviewing options in the showroom, and installation and cleanup, they were excellent. Communication was personal and easy, and we love the finished product.

I used Harry's carpet to install a carpet runner on some old stairs that were painted white. I called Harry's after the first installer I was working with abandoned me. They were terrific, very helpful, professional, and explained everything thoroughly so there were no surprises. They put in sisal with a matching surged edge. It looks terrific. Brian and Steve were great. I would definitely recommend and use again.

Just had a runner put in my staircase. Great working with Harry’s Carpet One from start to finish! Kathleen was great to work with, from the initial home visit to measure etc. to working with her in the store picking out the carpet. The installers did a great job, the carpet makes my staircase look so much nicer!

Great help from Kathleen! The 2 carpet Installers arrived on time, did a tremendous job. Carpeted two bedrooms, hallway and stairway 13 stairs and wrapped between spindals and wrapped over the stair treads. I was beyond happy with their work!! Would highly recommend Harry’s One Carpet! I was trying to track down a carpet I had seen in a picture and the staff at Harry's did a great job assisting me. Not only did they find the carpet, they found similar style and colour carpets as well. Great company to work with!

Harry's is a company my in-laws used many many years ago in Roxbury, so, when we moved to Marina Bay, we were thrilled to hear not only were they still in business, but, so close to our new home! We worked with Kathleen in October 2015; and, now (on a second project) with Phil -- and both individuals are amazing to work with. They are dependable, knowledgeable and courteous -- and I'm so happy with our beautiful new carpets. I strongly recommend Harry's Carpet One!
