WARNING - BUYER BEWARE - USE AT YOUR OWN RISK! NO VALUE TO LIFETIME WARRANTY!! Ongoing issues since installation in 2019. Hanson's does NOT honor their warranty.....I have 4 bowed and cupping windows that 2 Hanson employees and a Hanson's independent installer told me were defective and needed to be replaced. NOTE, the Hanson employees would NOT put this in writing for me nor would the independent installer for fear of losing their contract. The Regional Manager has told me the installer stated the job was complete which is inaccurate per the contemporaneous notes with the installer on 11/2/22. At this time, Hanson's is refusing to replace the 4 defective windows but the Operations Manager instead wanted to put non-factory screws into the base of the frame track to push down the cupping and bowing so the windows would no longer "look" bowed.... This is a "jury-rigged" fix so they do not have to replace their defective windows and honor the warranty. Seriously, they have sales people who will suck you in and provide a copy of the lifetime warranty but if a company does not honor their word, then the warranty is worthless.

I had windows installed in June after several no shows and one of them arrived with a crack in the window. I was assured by the installers that this would be replaced. I have left emails and voicemails and they have been ignored. I still look at the crack in my window every day. I would suggest you never ever use this company for anything. They are very untrustworthy.

READ THIS REVIEW. DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT I DID! THESE PEOPLE ARE SOME OF THE SLIMIEST SCUM BAGS OUT THERE. I had Hanson’s come out to my house to provide a free roofing quote. The guy showed up a half an hour early. “Measured” my roof without even getting on top of my house, then came inside and insulted me with his extremely high prices. I have a 3000 sq. feet ranch style home. My roof is very straightforward, nothing fancy whatsoever. His initial quote was over $21,000. I told him there’s no way I would pay that. He then makes some calls, and tells me he can go as low as $16,900. I asked him to leave. The next day I receive a call from a manager at Hanson’s telling me that they want to send someone else out to re-measure the roof. I said fine. They send some kid over. The same thing happened as before. He walked around the outside of my house with a tape measure without ever stepping foot on the roof. He comes back inside and says that for today only he will knock off another $3,000 but only if I sign the paperwork to lock in the price. I then tell him that I’m having other companies stop by over the next several days and intend on going with the lowest price company. He says, “That’s no problem, if they beat our price, we’ll match it or you can always cancel.” This sounded okay to me so I signed the paperwork. He asked if I would put money down if I went with them and I said I would. He informed me that no money would be taken from me until after the project was completed. The next day, I see an $8,000 charge on my credit card from Hanson’s and I’m like “WTF!” I call them trying to cancel the service that I didn’t commit to they connect me with the general manager (Gary) who is incredibly rude. He has no interest in anything I’m saying, just keeps talking over me telling me that they aren’t canceling anything. They’re going to keep sending people here and moving forward and will bill me when they’re done. At this point they have not started anything on my house. They’ve literally only tricked me into signing their contract and have lied about everything. It’s only been 5 days since they stopped by… They tell me now that the only way they’ll cancel my contract is if they keep $5,000 of what they just charged me. I’m irate at this point… It sounds like my only way out of this is by calling a lawyer which in intend on doing.

We used Hansons to replace all the windows in our home. We were very pleased with the professional service and the high quality windows. I would recommend them to my friends an family!

We got new windows last week and are very pleased with the final product. We can tell a difference in the temperature already. The crew we had was very professional and efficient. They cleaned up and took everything with them as well. Furthermore, Hansons kept us up to date on the process of making/ receiving our windows and called after they were installed to make sure we were happy.
