OUR PROCESS INITIAL CONSULTATION All GSP projects begin with a free, no obligation measure and quote at your home to determine your requirements. We will work with you to develop ideas that suit your needs, your lifestyle and budget. Our extensive industry experience and skills will ensure we can achieve your dream kitchen or bathroom. DESIGN Once our design consultant has measured your room and has a clear understanding of your requirements we will create your design. Using the latest 3D modelling technology, we can give you a realistic view of your new room. QUOTE Our experienced team of designers can quote your renovation project for you; obligation free. If you choose to go ahead with our quote, we will send you an invoice for a deposit and confirm with you all the technical details and finishes. We will complete a final site measure and confirm your choice of appliances before construction begins. INSTALLATION Our team of licensed tradespeople can remove and dispose of your old kitchen or bathroom cabinetry, appliances and other accessories. We will then organise and prepare any necessary plumbing and electrical work prior to the installation of your new cabinets. Once the cabinets have been installed we will arrange for the installation and hook up of your new appliances, followed by the manufacture and installation of your bench tops.

George & the team at GSP Designer Kitchens are very professional in all aspects of their work. They listened to our ideas for our kitchen design & added their expertise to the finished design. It was never a problem when we changed things. The installation went to schedule & the finished product is of a high quality. Their sub-contractors were also very efficient. We were absolutely delighted with our experience with GSP Designer Kitchens & Bathrooms from our first renovation in 2018 having our kitchen replaced, which we love, we have had so many comments from family and friends. Most recently in January 2021 we had 2 bathrooms and a laundry replaced. The discussions to planning and installation process was handled in a most professional and meticulous manner. Communication was fantastic, we knew when trades, materials etc were arriving. All tradesman were great and the results are superb. We have no hesitate in recommending GSP.

We could not have happier with GSP. Recently completed a kitchen install. Michael provided good advice, listened to our requirements and came up with a great design that was within budget. We got a work schedule and plan with names of the tradesmen . Everything was on time and the communication from Michael and the tradesmen was first class. Nothing was rushed and Steven even did a wooden floor repair , that I was stressing over. I received fantastic service and top draw communication. All in all, a great family run company that I am happy to recommend to any clients looking for a new kitchen.

Once everything was under way we were stepped through the process and received communication as to when each part of the install and demo would happen. We chose a shaker style profile and it looks beautiful. We appreciated the small changes George made to the design to make the kitchen more functional and look better. Since finishing, they have been very happy to come back to adjust a couple of small things. They are always friendly and a pleasure to have working onsite. Went looking for a kitchen builder and it came down to a shortlist of GSP and a large high-marketing-presence Kitchen builder. We went with GSP. We made the right choice. I had no idea a building experience could be so good. Michael Pap and his sons were knowledgeable and pleasant to be with. The timetable for delivery was spelt out by Michael from the beginning, with pre-emptive confirming phone calls the night before before every task, and the whole project was completed without a hitch. The electrical and plumbing subcontractors were first class, and we even asked Michael if he knew someone who could refinish our timber floors mid-project, and he did. That job was also completed smoothly and without a hitch. My wife and I couldn't believe it, this never happens in the building world! Not only that, the quality of the kitchen was high, in fact faultless.

The alterations process was trouble free, the work was done and installed in the time stated, and it was all done with smiles - a rare thing these days. We selected GSP Kitchens after comparing several companies and couldn't be happier with their service. It was a pretty big job involving tiling a large living area, full refurb on a bathroom, laundry, kitchen, powder room and en-suite as well as some plastering, painting and carpetting the rest of a 4 bed and study. Professional and curteous and the attention to detail was first rate. Where we had questions about design Michael's suggestions were spot on each and every occassion. We had a schedule of trades that was accurate and everyone showed up when they were scheduled, we didn't need to waste time waiting at all. e.g. if they said they'd be here at 7 there was someone out front around 6:45. As said at the start extremely happy with everything and wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use GSP again.

Highly recommend GSP Kitchens. Family business and extremely easy to work with as well as all their tradies. They were respectful, patient & very helpful with ideas and solutions. Rebuilt a wall & replaced timber flooring at no additional cost. The whole process went so smoothly with no issues at all which is a testament to their team and experience building kitchens. High quality materials & appliances we are very happy with result.

Very pleased with advice, suggestions and installation of our kitchen. A family run business with personal service providing all facets of kitchens new or renovations. They can co-ordinate all electrical, plumbing and carpentry trades within the company. Those were not needed for us, however they were happy to work around our own trades. Appointments were on time and at all times someone was available to speak with if needed.

They were cost competitive and whilst not the cheapest quote their quality of work was money very well spent. Great attention to detail and quality materials were always used. We are thrilled with our new kitchen. Michael worked with us and listened to what we wanted which had not been our previous experience. We had been told certain things could not be done due to the awkward layout of pipes, bulkheads etc, but Michael was able to find solutions that worked for us. He made suggestions that we did not think of and we felt confident in his knowledge and experience throughout. Costs and timelines were clear and there were no hidden costs. Because of careful investigation prior to the contract being signed probelms with load bearing walls and electricals were identified and included in the project. All the tradies who came into our home were professional and efficient. They are now doing a bathroom for my parents and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a quality renovation.

For few years we contemplated renovating the kitchen. Contacted major companies and also local ones for quotes and designs. Unfortunately, we felt frustrated and at some points stopped the search. By chance, we were given the details of GSP. We went to meet Michael. He was understanding and supportive. We discussed all the details regarding the materials, the colours, the design in mind. In few days , we hand the planned design . Michael was there every morning to monitor the work. George and Steve were accomodating and supportive. Answering questions anytime.... They treated the work and my family with respect and , the work was done in the time frame we were promised. Now, we have a gorgeous , modern, new kitchen....attracting the attention of family and friends for its elegance and design. Can't praise them enough..Thank you team and I would recommend them to anyone thinking about their dream kitchen.

GSP were great for the renovation of our 2/3 bedroom unit in Randwick. The entire unit was gutted and GSP renovated bathroom, ensuite, laundry and kitchen. George and Michael were great throughout the whole process, with each decision they explained what the options were and also gave a recommendation with clear reasons as to why they thought things should be done in a certain way. Their fee schedule was clear from the start and any variations were likewise clearly annotated. The subcontractors they employed were likewise professional and easy to talk to. I have no hesitation recommending GSP as a reliable team should you be considering kitchen and or bathroom renovations.

I approached GSP to design 2 display cupboards for my new apartment. Within a day of our initial contact, a time was arranged for measurements and designs to be discussed. The wealth of knowledge of their products, up to the minute designs and consultation with my requirements made the process very streamlined. On the specified date the cupboards arrived and were installed and I was extremely pleased, these 2 items of furniture were exactly what I wanted. My expectations were met with the highest of standards and the level of customer service I received was outstanding. I have received many compliments regarding these items of furniture and have recommended GSP without hesitation to other friends.

Without doubt, all the staff at GSP have been nothing short of amazing with the time taken and empathy shown towards our family in making the renovation decisions. We took longer than most clients to decide, in the end we agreed to spend more and get quality products from their one stop showroom. With a young family we had absolute peace of mind that we did not have to organise tradespeople, which we’ve heard horror stories from others whom have “self-managed” kitchens and bathrooms. GSP Designer Kitchens and Bathrooms, did an absolutely amazing job on all aspects of my renovation from the kitchen, to the bathroom and to my cabinetry work in the bedrooms. They never made me feel like I was asking too many questions and helped me with all the designing aspects, the layout and the installation. No part of it was too hard and they worked with me to make sure I got what I wanted and I envisioned. They managed to maximise my storage and still make all rooms look spacious. GSP Designer Kitchens and Bathrooms are highly professional and maintained the highest of standards when completing the job.
