We called Gillian when we were looking for a rare type of property, it was our 4th year into the search and thank goodness we found her. Gillian worked with our wish list and together we found two potential winners. After we decided on the one we wanted to buy Gillian was more interested in us being happy with the remote property and change in life style then she was a sale, she asked us all the difficult questions that we didn't ask ourselves. After much consideration we moved ahead with the purchase. The sellers were difficult, the property had a load of items scattered throughout, and we had to make 5 trips out there, which she attended every single one of them. Gillian had our back and her professional assertiveness got the deal done and we were protected all the way through. We called her our little bulldog. We will be listing a place with her this year and know that she will have our back in this one too. Her knowledge of the real estate through the Okanagan is impressive and she is always up to date. I met and bought the house that Gillian had listed. I was out of town most of the process and had her running around like crazy. She went well above what any others would do.
