goCstudio

I am reviewing this firm during the middle of the first phase of the proposed project. Working as a Director of a nonprofit, funds are always difficult to come by but the principals of goCstudio have been able to phase the proposed project in a manageable way that allows the nonprofit time to fundraise and gather community support. The project is currently in the conceptual phase but if completed, will have a huge impact to the small community that surrounds the site. The proposed project includes the transformation of a previously burned ca. 1910s building (all that remains are the four walls) into a public multipurpose green space. Located in a city of roughly 8,000, the proposed project has the potential to be a gathering place for a city that is in desperate need of such a "third place". The architects of goCstudio are visionaries and are at the forefront of the design world. I am excited to be working with them and look forward to seeing this project come to fruition.
