Global Construction is a full-service commercial and residential construction company serving the Denver, CO and Miami, FL. Our name represents our broad knowledge of the construction industry not only locally but all over the world. The name Global was chosen because of our Principals' extensive construction experience overseas on some of the most complex heavy industrial and residential projects. One of the owners built a village in Ghana with over 243 houses, 3 churches and a school including all infrastructure for the village. He built and provided owner representation and consulting services on some of the biggest gold mining sites in Cripple Creek, CO and Elko, Nevada. In our company one of the main principles is building relationships. We create long term partnerships with each of our clients and make sure they receive full attention to their needs. In our company it is all about our clients and their needs. That is why they return back to us. We provide a wide spectrum of construction services including Design-Build, Tenant Improvements, Restoration, New Construction, Remodeling and more.

I've worked with Yuriy and team (Global Construction) for many years on plumbing projects large and small. He is a very knowledgeable and practical plumber and is great on scheduling and helping out in an emergency. I highly recommend his group.

All electric llc

I am owner at All Electric electrical sub contractor and have worked on many of Global Construction jobs for over a year. Great General, payments always on time and that’s important to me and success of my company. We are happy and plan on many more years of collaboration of future projects to come.

Malick McGregor

Months after the job, my roof still looks amazing. My roof needed to be repaired in order for my insurance company to insure it, and these guys got it done and helped me work with the insurance company. Will definitely use them again.

This is Jeremy with Elizabeth garage doors, I own my own company. I called Global restoration and construction to do some work on my personal home and also we refer them too many clients of my own. They show up on time very competitive with their pricing and do great work. Highly impressed with Dennis and his ability to handle the job and keep things rolling .Job took 2 days longer than expected but was extremely satisfied with the workmanship. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Great job global!

We recently completed a main floor renovation using Global Construction. We both added and removed a wall, as well as completely redesigned the kitchen. Unfortunately, we ran into some trouble with the wall removing part, literally everything was hidden in the one wall we wanted to remove, but Global knew the right people to contact to get permits and, although it did affect our timeline, the solutions they came up with ended up working out for us and looking great. The finished product is beautiful and we'll definitely enjoy the better use of space, as well as the most massive kitchen island ever.

Absolutely terrific! We had an insurance claim and the entire process went smoothly. Denis and Global Construction team did a great job. He answered every question I had and returned phone calls promptly. New Roof, New House Wrap, New Siding, New Gutters, New Fence, Custom Crafted Metal Windows Inserts and Fascia Replacement. The result.....FANTASTIC! It looks like a new home, great quality products and quality workmanship. Denis's crew cleaned up nicely after everyday of work and worked extremely hard to get the job done in time. They even went over the yard with a magnet to pick up nails. Will consider him for any other future project that I need done and definitely will be referring my friends to Denis .

We hired Denis to finish a bathroom remodel in our 1950s home. I started tearing out the tub to convert to a shower and quickly discovered I was over my capabilities. Denis reviewed all aspects of the job and was able to complete the job to our satisfaction. As the job continued we had additional work added to the original request. They were able to accommodate our requests in a timely matter. Denis is very dependable and easy to work with.

We hired this crew to remodel the house we would move into. I remodel homes for a living so I wanted the right crew. I called around 70 contractors, had about 12 come out and give me bids, and went with Global. Everything went great and they did quality work. I've already referred them to a friend and will undoubtedly use them again on an investment property.
