Thank you GIA for an amazing job on our ensuite bathroom, walk-in robe and master bedroom. From my first meeting with Alan (the designer) who listened to everything I wanted and didn't want - plus adding in his amazing ideas to help with areas I knew nothing about, Alan was friendly, accommodating and nothing was too much trouble for him - even shopping together to pick all the taps, shower heads, toilet etc. Sam, our site manager was the other amazing person in our team who coordinated all the tradies. Sam managed his team so well and always kept us informed about who was arriving and when. I couldn't be happier with the end result. As everything, even with small "tweaks" at the end, they didn't leave me stranded they came back and sorted everything out. They were professional, clean, tidy and very respectful while working in my home. Thank you GIA. A very happy customer.

We have just had a main bathroom & ensuite renovated by the GIA team. The finished bathrooms look lovely! The team were great to work with from the design stage with Alan, through to the high level of tradesmanship from the whole team. Renovations can be disruptive, but it was made easier by having a helpful supervisor in Sam, overseeing the whole project & fielding our questions. The adage that you get what you pay for was designed for GIA. They will not be the most inexpensive company you can find, but they are the most professional and responsive. From the design work by Alan who advocates and supports you the whole way to the super calm, totally professional, supervisor Sam who manages an army of sub contractors to deliver the highest quality services. The office staff, scheduling and variation payments by James, everything works together to ensure the best possible outcome for the client. I am thrilled with the outcome. We are extremely pleased with our en-suite renovation. GIA were extremely professional to deal with and the job was completed on time. There were a couple of hiccups along the way, yet they were dealt with promptly and professionally.

We are delighted with our new bathroom/laundry and enjoyed the experience of teaming with the very professional crew from GIA. The progress was seamless under Sam’s leadership and any queries or problems swiftly dealt with. We appreciated Alan’s design expertise and attention to detail. An old fashioned bathroom and separate laundry has been transformed into a spacious bathroom with European laundry. We would be happy to use GIA again.

This was the second time that we hired GIA to manage a bathroom renovation project from end to end. We even conducted the whole project whilst living overseas! We are very happy with the result, and so are our tenants. In particular their use of a site manager as a go-to point was key in making this work for us. It came in pretty much on budget and on time.
