Get Furnished

Having read the reviews I thought it would be safe to place an order with GetFurnushed. However, having paid for 2 chairs, I heard nothing from the company. I tried calling numerous times but nobody answered or replied to my messages. I emailed a few times and finally received a reply advising my items were out of stock and I would be refunded straight away. 3 weeks later and I'm still waiting for a refund and have had to raise a reclaim through my credit card company. Really, really awful experience and I'll definitely never again rely on reviews for an unknown company.

After the excellent service from Paul Steiger last year, when we wanted another chair, we did not hesitate to contact him, and again the service he provided has been truly outstanding. If you can't visit the showroom and you know what you want, then I would not hesitate to recommend Get Furnished. The service offered by Paul Steiger has been truly outstanding! We knew what we wanted but live in a remote area in the far NW Highlands. Paul obtained the chairs we wanted at a very competitive price and arranged delivery via courier. And all done in quick time. We were kept up to date with progress throughout. The chairs are lovely - exactly what we wanted. I would not hesitate to recommend "Get Furnished" to anyone!

We can thoroughly recommend Get Furnished and Paul Steiger. We approached Paul with a problem of matching existing furniture in which everyone else had either failed or showed disinterest. We bought a secondhand coffee table back in November, which was delivered in December. We found all the planks that made up the surface were misaligned and the drawer wouldn't open. We asked for a refund, which Paul agreed to, but that was 2 months ago and there is no sign of it yet. UPDATE: Coffee table now collected and expecting a refund tomorrow.

Great advice given about the range of products available and excellent flexibility to provide the dining furniture to best fit the space and to accommodate our needs - our new dining room looks fantastic!

We ordered a beautiful , sturdy kitchen table from Get furnished in early January. Paul was extremely helpful and advised us with the choice of colour, the amount of tempering in the wood and which size table would suit our needs the most. The week's flew by and before we knew it, Paul took delivery of our table that was made in Italy and delivered it to us later that same day. We are so pleased with it, it is seriously heavy and will last for many many years. Paul helped us to move our old table out. We enjoyed a family supper round our new table and would happily recommend the service that Get Furnished offer to anyone. Paul is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. 10 out of 10

The Proprietors provide an excellent service, offering a wide range of furniture at excellent prices. More importantly they will deliver to your home at a time to suit the customer, including evenings and ensure the furniture is suitably fitted, with follow up service in the event of any query. Should their show room not have a piece in stock, they will invite you to the private office where they will seek something suitable online through their suppliers, whilst one enjoys a friendly coffee. Shopping with Get Furnished is a pleasure-service with a smile and a genuine interest in customer satisfaction

Searched for ages to find the right dresser to fit in a large alcove in our kitchen/diner. Went to Get Furnished and Paul showed us the perfect one in minutes. They have an impressive collection of high quality furniture and I will certainly be back.
