The GDP Interior Design team provided interior design consulting services for our recent 'whole of home' renovation. This included designing joinery for our kitchen, laundry, study and an entertainment unit for the family room. Giulianna's professional guidance and support empowered us to make more adventurous decisions when selecting colours, furniture, art works and home decor etc. She enabled us to discover our own style and to create a home environment that is stylish yet very comfortable and very liveable. Giulianna is an excellent listener, a good communicator and has lots of creative ideas and solutions. She has an eye for detail when drawing up complex joinery plans and was able to recommend a number of excellent suppliers and tradespeople for our consideration at the implementation stage. Giulianna has helped us plan the entire interior and exterior colour schemes for our new house as well as helping with the design of cabinetry and the selection of carpets, timber flooring, tiles, tap wear, handbasins, baths, curtains etc. We haven't been easy to deal with as my wife and I have quite different tastes and Giulianna has skillfully helped us arrive at an outcome that we can both agree on and is aesthetically pleasing. Not an easy feat to achieve! We have been very impressed with Giulianna's knowledge of a wide variety of interior decorating products and of her creativity with colours and how they work together. The written summary of our final selections has been detailed and accurate and presented in a way that is easily understood by trades and our builder. This is the second house Giulianna has helped us with, so we are very happy return clients.

Giulianna and Agnes were excellent to deal with throughout the design process. They were accommodating of our requests whilst also providing options that we had not even considered. My wife and i originally contacted Giulianna during the first Covid-19 lockdown early 2020 regarding our renovation thoughts to our 20 year old home in Yarrambat. From the outset we were very impressed with Giulianna's approach and comforting nature to our family home. It is worth noting that all the consultation was over zoom which added further complexity to the process. The early concept designs and sketches really hit the mark and were very accurate to the brief we had given to GDP and gave us confidence that we had selected the right person to handle our renovation vision. We are very impressed and happy with the outcome and would recommend Giulianna and her team for any project in the future.

A wonderful team - Agi and Giulianna are both very creative, thoughtful and great listeners. They quickly understood the overall design concept I was interested in and then added some brilliant new ideas. I appreciated their care for detail and close attention to my project. They were very responsive to my queries and guided me through the process of selecting all the different fittings including tiles. I loved the completed bathroom so am now working with them on plans for a laundry renovation in 2022.

We engaged GDP to help us with an extensive extension to our home. Having never used an Interior Design service before we were a bit reluctant, but also felt enough out of our depth to take the plunge. Giulianna has been outstanding to work with and our only regret is that we didn’t incorporate her service and expertise at the initial drafting stage of the project. Giulianna has come up with suggestions we would never have thought of as well as take away the angst of all the small and large decisions that need to be made.
