We are Builders based in Chester, UK founded in 1978. We specialse in period and listed building restoration and conservation. We are also general builders performing those basic building tasks. Recently, we have embarked on a new venture as part of our 38 plus years in the construction industry. We have recognised there is a growing need to provide 'some' period properties with kerbside appeal because original entrance features have been lost or removed over previous generations. Future owners have noticed there is something missing from the main entrance to their property and want to re-connect it with the main house. This is where I come in. We design, manufacture and install period style, cast sandstone Gate Piers, We have put a great deal of thought into the design work and take crucial elements from the main house design and replicate those elements into our stone pier design, effectively creating the natural link from the gateway to the residence proper. This gives back the property entrance character and kerbside appeal on approach to the property. Our piers are thought through and balanced with architectural symetry and perspective. As all our work is 'in-house' so there's no downtime waiting on components to complete the task. For example, if we damage a component during installation we can immediately replace it with a stock spare already made from our store. This facilitates an in-interrupted installation service. This is because we are not just the stockist and installer, we are the manufacturer as well! So, we guarrantee a smooth installation and complete customer satisfaction !
