My 25 year old gas heater needed replacing. After much research I chose a Regency Free Standing Gas Log Fire. It looks fabulous, and emits far more heat than the old one warming an open plan 4 bedroom house. Mark O'Brien and his team from the Gas Log Fire Company did a terrific job, quoting, installing and instructing on the operation of the unit and remote. We had Inspire 700 gas fire installed two months ago. Andrew, while here to give quotation, suggested a more practical alternative to our request. We followed his advice and can only say how pleased we are with the end result. The Landscape Department

We recently hired the Gas Log Fire Company to install an external Jetmaster open wood fire at one of our projects in Armadale. We cannot fault their service and professionalism. Not only did they deliver the project on time, but worked with us to resolve some minor issues from our end along the way. Their communication is A1. I can't recommend them highly enough. I'll be posting some photos of the finished product in the very near future. Thanks again.

Very happy with the installation of our new Heat & Glo 6000Trsi. We were asked by our builder to complete the installation of our chosen fireplace in the last working week before Christmas 2017 and Sharon/Andrew were able to pull a Christmas miracle and slot us in before the break. Four months later as we approached site handover from our builder, they were again incredibly flexible with moving final commissioning appointments around due to delays from the gas company getting the gas finally installed and on at the property. Fireplace fired up for the first time yesterday and we couldn't be happier. Thanks to Sharon and the team for being so great to work with.

We recently had a gas fire place installed in our existing house. I cannot rate this Company high enough. Andrew, who came out to advise on the installation, the two girls in the office, Sharon and Louise, who keep the office running so smoothly liaising between customer and trades required; the boys Hamish and Spencer who installed the fireplace; not to mention the electricians and plasterer who all turned up on time and cleaned up after themselves. A 5-star Company, and I can thoroughly recommend them.

I bought a home with an existing Heat & Glow gas fireplace which was working during the initial inspection of the property. However when I moved in four months later I couldn't get it working. After ringing 4 or 5 other companies I called The Gas Log Fire Co. and Sharon, without hesitation took the time to provide phone assistance to me. It's so refreshing to encounter someone willing to be helpful and give assistance when she could quite easily have claimed a service call was required. I have recorded Gas Log Fire Co. contact details on my Heat & Glo booklet for the future, as they are my preferred company for service & maintenance due to Sharon's kind assistance.

Andrew provided a no fuss service by liaising directly with our builder and having the job completed on time. Our unit and mantle looks seamless in both rooms and is a beautiful feature. We had great service from this company. Andrew arrived for the quote on time and gave us excellent advice. Our gas fire was installed ahead of time. Our installer Salvatore arrived on time and work all day with barely a break. He was respectful of our home and cleaned up before he left. He patiently explained how to turn our fire on and off as it is a design without a remote to fit into the existing chimney of an old house. Iwould have no hesitation recommendeing The Gas Fire Company. I would certainly contact them again to complete other tasks such as a solar boosted hotwater service.

We have worked with the Gas Log Fire on 2 separate occasions, and have had them install 1 external gas log fire, and 1 gas fire pit at projects of ours. We were initially impressed with their knowledge on the details that are specific to projects such as these. With regulations and logistics to keep in mind, we felt that they had the knowledge that could steer us in the right direction, in both the selection of the units, as well as the appropriate housing. When it came to the installation, it was stress free. They turned up when they said they would, the installation ran on time and budget, and we were kept informed at all stages (traits that are often lacking when dealing with suppliers). We look forward to working with the Gas Log Fire Company for with any of our future projects.
