Yuri's guys arrived when they said they would, finished the job when they said they would, and the work was excellent. They took down a rather complicated set of shelving, per our request. They were going to take it away, but left it, due to a misunderstanding between Yuri and us. However, when I called to let Yuri know the shelving was left behind, he immediately made arrangements to meet his guy there and had it removed the same day. We'd already used Fresh Coat for the exterior of our house, which is why we used them for this interior work. We'll definitely use them again for any future jobs that need to be done.

This review comes from a very thankful customer. I was searching for someone to come install a grab bar for my husband as he has ALS/DEMENTIA. I could not be more pleased with my entire experience with Yuri, Maria and their team! I'm selling my home, and they made it beautiful going above and beyond the scope of work by painting the laundry room, closets and a spare room so that the presentation would be seamless. Additionally, I had difficulty scheduling a general contractor in time, so Yuri and his team stepped up to tackle lighting and a few remaining repairs. He even went into the attic to diagnose an issue with the ac. He and Maria walked me through the process step-by-step and made me feel well taken care of. I highly recommend them.

The entire experience from start to finish was outstanding. To begin with, Yuri arrived on time and was the most detailed, articulate, thorough and professional tradesman we have dealt with in 20 years. He understood what we wanted to accomplish and that we did not want to paint the entire interior of our house. He proposed solutions and assured us that he could color match our existing paint. And much to my surprise, he actually did match the paint! The job took four full days. The crew meticulously covered our furniture, carpet and floors with more plastic and paper than I have ever seen used by painters. The crew did an outstanding job and gave us the results that we had hoped for. There were no stains, spills scratches or any other accidents during their four days in our house. They were courteous, helpful and understanding and truly went the extra mile to deliver a quality product. I had been putting this project off for years because I was not looking forward to using any of the painters that I had used in the past but now that I have discovered Yuri and Fresh Coat Painters I will not hesitate to use them again for future projects. I highly recommend Yuri and Fresh Coat Painters. They do an excellent job!

Yuri is great during the planning stage and checked on work progress during the job. The planning tool to select which rooms will be painted is great for planning how much time will be needed. They even have a color specialist to help select color options which are painted on walls to help you make final color selection. The paint crew was phenomenal. Very attentive to details and accommodating. Very trustworthy. Maria is wonderful at scheduling the work.

Yuri and his team were a pleasure to work with. We hired Fresh Coat painters to paint our 2 story sixteen year old stucco home. Yuri went over every step of the pricing and painting process with the upmost detail and transparency. They expertly guide you with the color selection process which was was so helpful and a relief! They stuck to their timeline and were so neat and organized during the painting process. Our home was transformed and looks beautiful and brand new! We've had so many compliments from our neighbors and friends. We are planning on using Fresh Coat soon when we are ready to paint the inside of our home.

This was my second time using Fresh Coat Painters of West Houston and I would use them again as well as refer them to my friends. The work is always clean, consistent, efficiently done, and professional. The painters are very polite and easy to work with. They take great care to protect your furniture and leave the house as they found it. Yuri provides very clear quotes and is quick to respond to any questions or concerns. It's just very nice to hire a vendor and not have to worry. I know they will do a great job!

From the initial in-home consultation and walk-through I knew I was going to be very pleased with this company's work. And I was. The proprietary software the owner uses to generate a quote and invoice for the job, added to his professionalism and meticulousness made this the single best experience with a painting company that I have ever had, and I have hired many contractors in the past. The job was finished ridiculously fast, to perfection, and I knew exactly how much it was going to cost beforehand. That kind of transparency in pricing and efficiency is rare in the industry. Your search is over...hire them.

I hired Freshcoat Painters to paint the complete interior of my house, because of their great online rating. I paid for the best paint, Sherwin William -Emerald and paid a lot of money to the company. They did a poor and sloppy paint job with no prepping of the surfaces, leaving a lot of areas unpainted, painting the wrong color in 2 separate rooms, paint that is now peeling off the wall, and you can scratch the paint off with your fingernail. The whole ceiling of the entire 2nd floor was cracked around the crown molding, in every single room. So, these are some things I asked Yuri to come fix. He did send 1 guy that came over for a week to fix a ton of issues. The guy disappeared leaving things undone. Yuri came out again, during the outbreak of COVID, and said all the cabinets of the kitchen needed to be redone (he would need to take those with him) and needed the weekend to get a crew out to fix everything. I packed up my 4 month old daughter and stayed in a hotel for the weekend only for them to work 1 day. Yuri said I had unrealistic expectations. In conclusion, I still have an incomplete and sloppy paint job that has been very stressful. I have tried to work with the owner, Yuri, several times. He is very nice in the beginning then our relationship deteriorated to him threatening me that if I contacted the BBB he would not come out to repair/complete the paint job.

Fresh Coat Painters made my house look new again. They showed up on time and cleaned every day. They painted walls in almost all my rooms. I will definitely use them again when I need more painting.

Yuri and his team do great work. Customer service seems to be a huge focus for the group and I've been completely satisfied with the three projects we've worked on together. Will continue to use them whenever needed.
