We completely removed all the carpet and tile in our house to replace it with engineered hardwood. We visited several floor companies trying to choose the right floor. After seeing the review for Floors to Go we visited there and found the hardwood we've been looking for. Our salesman Jesse came out and performed a complete measurement taking the time to make sure everything was right. When we received the estimate, everything looked fine no unusual fees just straight up, so we went with it. The crew they sent to install the floor was superb. They were professional, courteous, polite, on-time every morning, took extreme care moving all the furniture. This was over 2,300 square feet of flooring. The job was perfect, not just good, perfect. There were absolutely no issues with the install at all! This included floor installation, quarter round, cleaning the floor, and cleanup. We've never been so impressed with a contractor's work before. Ask for Jesse and he'll take great care of you.

Floors to Go helped my redo my master bathroom. We redid everything and they helped me design the entire project and educate me on the right products to get. I am SOO in love with the finished product. So much better than going to some box store where you have uneducated people. Timothy and the team at Floors To Go on Airport Freeway in Haltom City are awesome! They were knowledgeable, kind, and generous with their time. I am very grateful for all their assistance on several repeat trips to their showroom. I encourage others to seek them out. We're working with restoration contractors, and the ultimate choice from whom to purchase was not ours to make. But these folks are terrific!

After visiting many flooring stores throughout the DFW area, I found myself very pleased with Floors to Go. Dana was exceptional help in choosing a tile design that met my needs. She went out of her way to order me a tile sample and even picked up a sample of granite counter top for me on her lunch break. I very much enjoyed her expertise and friendliness; however, once it came time to order the tile I wanted, nothing added up. Unfortunately, Dana was not there that day so I had to go through the receptionist and another sales person. I spoke with the receptionist and asked her to find out how much 2 different tile sizes were so that I could decide which one I wanted. She called me back within minutes regarding the 12x12 tile. She quoted me a price (tax & everything included), but I requested the price of the 9x18 as well. She then called me back to let me know that they were both in stock and the price of the 2 tile size (again, tax & everything included). I told her that I would think it over and call her back shortly. Once I decided which size I wanted to go with, I called back and she then transferred me to the sales rep. The new sales rep, Jesse, proceeded to quote me a price much higher than I was initially given for the 9x18 tile I had chosen. He then explained to me that because I was ordering a unique size, it would cause the price to increase. I voiced my concerns and he then handed me back to the receptionist. I repeated her exact quote to me and she then told me that she forgot to add freight charges and tax. Now, during both conversations when she called and gave the price of the tiles, she told me both times that was tax included and never even mentioned freight. At that point, I hung up because I felt I was being "scammed". I called back later that evening and spoke with Jesse, who apologized for the misunderstanding and assured me that he would do what he could to get the tile ordered and delivered to the showroom in a timely manner. The following Monday, I went to the showroom, paid for the tile and spoke with Dana, who apologized for the way things were handled and again assisted me in picking out grout for my tile. That afternoon, Jesse called me back to tell me that my tile had arrived from Dallas and that I could pick it up anytime. I told him that I would be there the following morning. The next day, I picked up the tile and took it home for my contractors to install. Minutes later, my contractor informed me that I was actually sold a cut tile, not a true 9x18 manufactured tile; therefore, some edges of the tile were beveled but the cut edges were not. I immediately called Jesse to voice my concerns and he asked me to text him a picture, which I did. He told me that he would look into it and call me back. 5 hours later, after I had called and left him a voicemail regarding feedback, he called to tell me that all the "powers at be" said that they were "water cut" and that's just how they do it. I then told him that I was not pleased because I felt that I was mislead when purchasing the 9x18 tile. The tiles were not the same size, which made laying the tiles more difficult because you had to mask the sides that didn't have a beveled edge. He said sorry. That's it. He acted as if there was nothing he could do. I paid $500 for 75 sq. ft. of tile. It wasn't cheap. If you decide to do business with this company, make sure you get what you asked for because once the sale is over, they don't really care how they have treated you. Sad thing is, I was going to use them for the rest of my house. Now, I guarantee, I won't be back!

We recently had carpet removed and birch wood floors installed in the den and front room of our home. Staff at the store were great! Patience and understanding that I was cautious in my selection. They assisted with suggestions and encouraged me to take several samples home to view in my house before making a final decision. I'm so glad I listened...after getting the samples home, I changed my mind. Now my new floors are in and I love, love, love them. The installation crew was absolutely awesome. They were able to undercut the wood to all brick, tiles, and base boards. I could not be more satisfied!

Recently, we replaced carpet in our downstairs after 17 years in our home. Kristen came out to measure and brought samples. I like the first sample that we looked at and that made the selection very simple. The work has been completed and we are so pleased with the carpet and the new look in the house.

My husband and I just bought our first house. We decided that we wanted to have wood flooring installed throughout the house and carpet in the closets and tile for the kitchen. Floors To Go was the first place we saw off the highway and decided to start there. We were warmly welcomed into the showroom and Kristen intoduced herself and asked what had brought us in. We told her what we were wanting to accomplish and our budget. Kristen guided us through the showroom and showed us options as to what she understood as our vision. She was spot on! Then we had an inhome consultation to allow for measurements and pricing. Kristen is a very talented designer and listened to us as well as gave us professional feedback in the design process, which made for a great collaberation. Kristen was always prompt to answer her phone or call back and answered any questions as they came up. We set up an installation date and the renovation began. The Floors To Go install crew are true professionals. They were polite, respectful, hardworking and best of all...highly skilled. Our floors look amazing! Our complete design process and installation with Floors To Go was an overall great experience. We recommend them to all our family and friends. My husband and I are now settled in to our home and are very proud of it. We will begin phase 2 of our remodeling, which will be in our kitchen for granite counter tops and cabinetry. We entered Floors To Go in July of 2014 looking for tile for a bathroom we are renovating. Wendi Dickman greeted us at the door with a "how can I help you?" attitude. She looked over the sample pictures I brought, listened to the decorating challenged plea in my voice said "I can help you." And she did. We exchanged ideas and pictures over several weeks. The tile came in quickly and with a hug from Wendi, we were sent on our way to finish our bathroom. I would highly recommend Wendi and Floors To Go.

We shopped all over the DFW metroplex for just the right flooring. Originally, we thought we wanted bamboo and Floors to Go had a great selection of bamboo flooring so we decided to visit them. They were friendly and helpful right from the very start. They weren't overbearing or pushy with any sales pitches but they were just friendly and great at answering any questions and just sharing their knowledge on the different options (perfect!). We chose 2 different bamboo samples that we liked and took them home. The owner met us at the house that day to measure the area and provided us with quotes for both options we chose that night via email. After researching that night, I found out that a lot of bamboo flooring isn't as "ecofriendly" and "non-toxic" that we originally wanted due to all of the chemicals used to produce. Floors to Go does carry some of the very good and non-toxic bamboo flooring that we did like but it was a little out of our budget. So, we returned to the store the next day. When we did, we found Anderson hardwood flooring that we loved, loved, loved and it met all of our standards for an excellent choice for low VOC flooring. We installed it as float and Floors to Go also hooked us up with a very low VOC padding underneath. They removed our old carpet for us (and recycled it) and took care of all the installation. The crew that came to install was very professional and did an outstanding job! Whenever I hear about anybody shopping for hardwood flooring, I always recommend Floors to Go! We had a great experience with them!

We have worked with Kristen Mangus, designer and sales associate, on two renovation projects. Her knowledge of flooring is extremely impressive. With her guidance, we have made very satisfying choices. She is "there for you" every step of the way. She visits your home to help finalize choices, accurately measures and remeasures areas and orders the carpet immediately. The carpet has arrived before it was needed for the projects. The installers are very professional - doing a perfect job while being respectful of your home. We would not consider hiring any other company.

Kristen Magnus is their lead designer and is so talented that I will only use her on my jobs for flooring. I am a designer myself, but she is specifically trained for issues with any flooring materials. She has saved me many an interiors problem with her expertise. Besides, the pricing is always excellent. If you want quality and watch your budget then this is the firm to call!
