When looking to renovate and extend my one bedroom flat in Chiswick it was important to me that I worked with someone that was reliable, trustworthy and had the same high level of attention to detail as me. Thankfully, James and his team did not disappoint. From start to finish I was supported throughout the process and was offered expert advice when decisions had to be made. The end result was a high specification two bed, two bath flat that sold for a considerable profit in a flat sales market! I am about to venture into my next project which will be to renovate my family home and I have no doubt I will be calling upon the services of the Extend team once again.

Working with James Quinn and the Extend team on our ground to loft complete house renovation in Queens Park was fantastic. The experience from start to finish was positive and James’s expertise resulted in a family home unique and tailor made to us. Every decision was that of ingenuity and the level of finish is exquisite. James was flexible to changes throughout the process and very professional. We used our own ideas on interior design and James provided great creative input and flair to help aid decisions. The team were passionate, respectful and great to work with.

Construction of a pod. No complaints. Good work. Tidy. Nice polite staff. Carefully followed plans. On time. Excellent carpentry. Good attention to detail. Listened to any of our comments and altered where required. Quality materials used. Also re roofed in grp with real slates on mansard. Despite appalling weather at times managed to do the job. We noted very good lead work.

Working with James from Extend has been a really positive experience and renewed our faith in builders. He was responsive to requests, extremely detailed and noticed any faults or less than perfect finishes before we did. He has a really nice team working with him who were very respectful of our home, taking care over the protection of the finished areas and offering help above and beyond the scope of the work. James was flexible to additions and changes and came up with good compromises to unforeseen problems. Costs came in exactly as expected. I could not rate him more highly and would for sure use him again if we do any further projects.

We used Extend for a rear kitchen extension and the remodelling of our ground floor including underfloor heating, installation of an under stairs WC, and bespoke joinery throughout. After getting several quotes we chose Extend because they offered the 'complete' service which other companies were not able to provide. We needed someone to design and manage the entire build rather than just specific components of our work. James and his team provided us with invaluable experience, vision, and advice throughout the project (including the planning stage) and worked meticulously and tirelessly to finish the work to an extremely high standard. We have already referred Extend to a number of our friends and colleagues as we were so delighted with how professional, thorough, and helpful they were.

James is great. I have worked with him on 3 projects now. He is very professional, has a great relation to clients and makes himself available for them. He respects all our drawings and difficult specifications while being on time and on budget. You won't regret using him and his team.

Extend exceeded all expectations when renovating our family home. This was largely down to James Quinn's extensive experience and clear expertise. Our side return extension was bigger than we had originally thought possible, with James' input, and done to a very high standard, with lots of light. We got planning permission first time around, and were only the second on the street to complete the extension. And we also had great input into our interior design - with recommendations on kitchen and bathrooms fitting, painting and decoration, lighting and room design, and even the front door and locks! I'm sure that James saved us lots of money throughout the whole project, and in particular took all the hassle away as my wife and I are both working full-time. We would certainly recommend James and Extend to anyone looking for value for money, and genuine expertise.

Hi, I worked with James recently on a project involving a new basement, rear and side extension. He has good knowledge of all things to do with building due to his engineering background and showed an amazing ability to solve problems on the ground showing a refreshing approach.
