I was very happy with Andrea’s work and advice both before and after installing our window blinds. She is very friendly and attentive. Her after sales service was very helpful and I recommended her to my friends .

When we moved into our new house, Andrea met with me and brought *many* books of samples until we discovered the perfect fabric for the master bedroom curtains. She and her colleague installed them and they look fabulous. Six years later, when one of the cords broke, she and her colleague returned to fix that and do maintenance on all the curtains. She also noticed I was trying to choose a fabric for two decorative chairs, and consulted with me on that and gave me some excellent ideas. I have some more projects around the house and look forward to working with her again.

Andrea helped me get some great window coverings! I wanted something simple with clean lines that matched my wall color. Andrea helped me choose the perfect blinds for my space. When I started to have an issue with all the blinds on my first floor, I reached out to Andrea. She discovered that there was a manufacturing error and my blinds were defective. She sent them all back in and had them repaired, free of charge. Andrea came back out and reinstalled them and now they work perfectly. So happy to have beautiful window coverings!

In 2014, for our new condo, Andrea arrived with so. many. samples. She helped us narrow it down based on our likes and usage. We chose woven wood "cordless" shades with matching valance to cover the mechanics at the top. We bought 3: the 2 front room windows and the glass patio door. We're still very pleased with the look and function. A few years in, one of the shade's operation was getting wonky. Andrea quickly came to investigate, then determined we had to send it back to the manufacturer. For free. Problem solved. Andrea is friendly and helpful. Her british accent makes the experience even more delightful. I would definitely recommend Andrea and Exquisite Windows & Decor LLC.

Andrea is a wonderful designer; the complicated automated shades and custom fit shutters were perfect for my home. She knows her product lines and has an amazing installer! Highest recommendations!
