Eva Hines is an award winning interior decorator specializing in lifestyle design and the imaginative use of color. Eva was recently recognized as a 2019 Best of Houzz award winner, making it 4 years in a row. She is known for inviting her clients to think out of the box and nudging them out of their comfort zone. Eva is one of few interior design professionals in the area that is also a Realtor. Eva has a reputation for creativity, excellent customer service, integrity, independence of thought, and a sense of humor. She personally handles every aspect of each design project. Eva offers a broad and global view when it comes to designing spaces, due to her extensive travel both in the States and around the world. After graduating with an Associate’s degree from the prestigious Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City, she received her Bachelor’s degree in Art History from Kent State University and began her career in the home furnishings industry. Eva spent over a decade at the corporate offices of JC Penney in the areas of buying, international sourcing, and product development. Today Eva uses her skills to update and design spaces for clients such as business executives, physicians, entrepreneurs, and professional athletes. She is also available for commercial projects and has worked with law, medical and real estate offices, and various other businesses. Over 50% of her design projects are from repeat clients and referred clients. She has helped hundreds of busy clients save time and money by designing innovative spaces that reflect their personality and lifestyle. Eva was born in Serbia, grew up in Cleveland, Ohio and has been living in the Dallas area since 1988. On the weekends she enjoys visiting museums and playing competitive tennis.
