Euro Tile, for many years now, has been my go to TILE resource. The service I receive from this company is second to none. My library is kept up to date by my rep, Cheryl who is always there to help me provide the best service possible to my clients. Each project, regardless of the size, gets the same amount of their time and effort. They definitely deserve at least these 5 stars and if I could give them 10 - I would! The tile is advertised to be a European tile but the tile that was provided is coming from china and the color is green when it was supposed to be almond...Sales person has seen this and did nothing....

We regret to hear that you are dissatisfied with the product and service that you received, and would appreciate some additional information so that we may work towards resolving this matter to your satisfaction.

Would you kindly confirm where you purchased the tile, where it was advertised as European as opposed to made in China, and the Salesperson that assisted you with the purchase. As I'm sure you can appreciate, as a distributor, we have limited control over the information that is communicated by retail flooring stores to their clientele. In regards to the colouring, the colour names are indicative and shades often vary from production run to production run. In addition, colouration is often affected by specific lighting conditions in each installation rendering different final colouration of the tile.

In any event, we look forward to hearing from you and having the opportunity to address your concerns.
