Miles designed a fantastic bespoke bench seat / storage unit for our living room. He was round quickly after we contacted him to measure up and then very quickly turned around a design and materials samples. His communication was excellent and he was able to re-work the design for some small changes we required after we had initially agreed it. When it came to fitting the unit, Jamie was incredibly quick and efficient. I mentioned that we would like to keep the skirting board that needed to come off to fit on another wall, and without being asked he not only kept it but cut it to size and fitted it! The finished unit looks incredible and has transformed our living room. A friendly, courteous and professional service throughout - just really nice people to deal with.

Working with Miles and the ECS team has been a real pleasure - arranging an intial appointment was easy, quote was accurate, Miles kept in regular contact right up to the date of installation and the installation itself was really nicely done. Snags were picked up and resolved quickly, the final result was fantastic - on tiime and exactly as priced. Landscape Perspective

engaged Miles and his team to create storage and desks for my new office, in a garage conversion, he understood what I wanted from my initial drawings, he was efficient, precise in execution, courteous, timely, and tidy. The 3d visuals he produces are very useful for finalising details. I will continue to use him for further work.

Miles came highly recommended by our builder. He worked with us very professionally and patiently to get the designs just right for our two large fitted wardrobes. We were extremely pleased with the quality of the wardrobes – a very solid feel and the big, heavy drawers run beautifully on hidden runners. Miles and his colleague, Jamie, communicated regularly, were always polite and friendly, suggested useful ideas (e.g. places to buy decent wardrobe handles), kept their appointments and always tided up at the end of each day to minimise the disruption. I was particularly pleased with how they shaped the bordering woodwork to accommodate the uneven ceiling of our old house. Very happy to recommend Miles and his team. When the next carpentry job arises, I’ll certainly be calling him.

I was a little apprehensive to ask someone to build me a bespoke work desk. The easy option was to buy a desk from IKEA. When I met Elite Carpentry Services they spent more time learning about what I really needed rather than thinking about the transaction. When it came to delivering the work they were very timely and certainly went above and beyond my expectations. Finally, the work was extremely professional. I was very happy and I plan to use Elite Carpentry Services again. I would be very happy to speak to anyone who would like a reference.
