Eubanks Group Architects was founded by Ed Eubanks in 1984, and he continues to be actively involved in our projects today. Since our inception we have worked on a large variety of architectural projects, both in the custom residential and commercial sectors, as well as master planning and civic work. We are not known for any specific Architectural style; instead we prefer to base our designs on our clients’ specific requests and needs. We pride ourselves on our remarkable track record that has resulted in repeat business that spans across multiple generations of families for whom we have worked. Our custom residential projects can primarily be found in the River Oaks, Memorial, Tanglewood, Museum District, West University, and multiple Galveston neighborhoods; however, throughout our existence we have worked on homes in various parts of the US, including Texas, California, New Mexico, and Colorado. We have also worked on projects in France and Mexico. Our residential projects range from small addition/remodels to large new custom homes and high-rise condominium remodels. We have worked on many master planning projects in Texas and some civic projects in the city of Galveston, including work at Seawolf Park for the Park Board, Saengerfest Park for the Mitchell Family, and Fort Crockett Park for the city of Galveston.

Nick Nixon

I have been constructing houses designed by this firm for 20 years and they are great to work with, proactive in their response to the client and the builder. They have a wide range of design abilities and are very creative. They can incorporate antiquities into a house and design it to look 200 years old or can create a totally modern design. Everything they create is well thought out and is pleasing to the eye. I look forward to working with them again.

Steve Nall

We have worked with Tressa Mann and Eubanks for over 10 years and three projects. One being building a pool house The next being redoing all the bathrooms and now an addition of a master bedroom, bathroom closet and staircase. Tressa has always been very professional and knowledgeable. This project started the first February and should be completed the end of October. Our budget is around $800,000. I would always work with Tressa!

Legion Custom Home Builders

I worked with Ed a few years ago and his staff. They did plans for a 6 unit project in the Galleria. The quality of the drafting was amazing, and they ask a lot of questions in order to provide a very detailed set of plans. This attention to detail is rare, and helped to provide me with an absolutely beautiful project. Without that level of detail I am sure we would have run into many more problems; because a 2D set of plans can create a lot of 3D problems if not coordinated properly. And Ed and his team asked all the right questions to get the information they needed to ensure the 2D plans translated into a 3D set of homes without issue.
