Michael is a Master Plumber and Carlo is a General Contractor and Apprentice Plumber. I have used Efficiency Plumbing & Remodeling multiple times over the past few years and have nothing but possitive feedback. Most recently I had them add a new water line to the back of my house as well as some construction in my kitchen the year before, both done fast and for less than expected. I would definitely refer them to anyone.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with this company. We originally contacted them about a month ago for an estimate to replace our very old boiler and hot water tank with a new combi boiler unit in South Boston. We had very precise requirements that the new unit had to fit in a very small space under the stairs. Fast forward a few weeks and the new combi unit has been installed without any issues. Mike and his team were very professional - showed up promptly every morning, answered any questions, available for additional questions when he was not on site, etc. We even made a few changes mid installation - Mike and his team were more than happy to adjust the project to fir our needs. Their estimate was right in line with other companies, but there professionalism surpassed every other company that I had met with. I would highly recommend this company for any future heating/plumbing needs! We plan on remodeling our bathrooms next year - they will be our first call.

South Shore Shower Door

I am Efficiency's Glass shower door installer. Ive worked with them for quite a while. Everything they do is pristine and clean. Have not had a problem with them and have done multiple bathrooms. One of the best contractors i have worked for. have and will continue to recommend this company!

I recently purchased in a 55+ community and needed the tub to be converted to a shower as I am getting older and can no longer step into a tub. I also needed grab bars installed and Carlo made several recommendations on where to install these so they would be functional and not an eye sore. Carlo and his team were great. I ended up having Efficiency Plumbing install a new garbage disposal, new sink and new Groehe faucet in my kitchen. I will definitely be calling Carlo again!

Our projects involved completely gutting the upstairs bathroom and remodeling and upgrading to a double sink vanity. We also wanted to convert a partially finish laundry room in our finished basement to a half bath and laundry. While the upstairs bathroom was fairly straight forward, the laundry room was much more involved with some complex issues to resolve. Efficiency Plumbing did an outstanding job start start to finish. In addition to provideing a reasonable estimate, they perform high quality and are a pleasure to work with, even my dog loved them. Despite having numerous set backs from vendors messing up our vanities, to inspector showing up hours late or not at all, Carlo and Mike continued to make my project a priority until the project was complete. I would definitely use Efficiency Plumbing again, and highly recommend them for your remodeling project.

I hired Efficiency Plumbing in February 2017, to remodel my en-suite bathroom. I talked with a few different companies about the project, but what set these guys apart from the rest was they listened to my ideas and understood what I wanted and what was important to me. The day Carlo saw an opportunity to make the shower bigger, he didn't hesitate. He knew it would put a smile on my face and even now, it still does. The shower head they installed is the centerpiece of the room. I showed them where I wanted it installed on the ceiling and they took it from there. They worked out all the logistics of supporting a 40-pound shower head while still getting it positioned just right. With so much dedication and drive for perfection, everyone on the Efficiency team brought a professional attitude and was a joy to work with every day. I look forward to working again with Carlo, Mike, and Bob on my next home project soon.

I had reached out in hopes of updating my much outdated bathrooms, I was tired of looking at my outdated bathroom and its old fixtures. Efficiency provide an Accurate on time quote that came in at a better price range than other contractors that I received estimates from. The gentleman who came out for my estimate was very polite and courteous, he was extremely knowledgeable and even recommended a few things that would make my bathrooms more EFFICIENT!
