DreamMakers was amazing! They made what felt like a daunting kitchen remodel, simple and easy. Our designer Kami went above and beyond, to make us feel at ease and incorporated everything we wanted into the design. Remodeling during a pandemic, has its challenges, but the team at Dream Makers handled everything professionally and communicated with us, and worked hard addressed our needs. We could not be happier with the end result, and can’t wait to do our next project with them!

am embarrassed to admit we spent over $40,000 for a bathroom remodel in the existing footprint. We were sold on Dreammakers’ project management and the attention to detail we were promised due to the owners being engineers. We have only one bathroom so getting the project done quickly was paramount. Dreammakers failed BIG on both the engineering and project management front. Project Management: Kami our project manager was here once after it started. She had the wrong materials delivered and installed which caused a month delay (and this was pre-Covid). Engineering: Every time my upstairs neighbors flush their toilet or use their shower I hear it through the walls. We’ve told Chris the owner about the issue and they offered to quote us to fix it. I expect zero from Dream Makers based on the interactions we’ve had I just really hope I can save someone else from making the same expensive mistake.

We had a great experience with the DreamMaker team, having back to back remodels of our basement bathroom and then our main bathroom. They were very professional and transparent throughout the process, and got things done on schedule, even with some unexpected bumps along the way when uncovering things in an older home. Kami, our project manager/designer, was fantastic to deal with, made great suggestions for every step of the design process, and was quick to answer any questions we had. Ryan, our lead carpenter, was awesome. He was very friendly, professional, and detail oriented, and worked tirelessly to get the job done. Everyone on the team was respectful of our space and kept things as tidy as possible along the way. I would definitely recommend their services.

We hired DreamMaker for a complete kitchen remodel, taking out a wall and combining our dining room and kitchen to make a large, eat-in space. We can't recommend them enough! From a prompt response to my email inquiry in March through completion of the job in July, every person we worked with was helpful, friendly, and professional. Our designer, Tiffany, listened to us and gave us everything we asked for in her initial design. As things had to be changed for various reasons, she always had ideas for acceptable compromises. Our project manager, Mark, and lead carpenter, Dave, were responsive, reliable, and efficient. We also had great experiences with all of the sub-contractors. We couldn't be happier with the final result. They used the highest quality products and devoted a team to our project until it was completed--in half the time we expected! DreamMaker is probably not for the budget-conscious, but when you are looking for a quality job done efficiently with unbeatable customer service in the Ann Arbor area, give them a call!

Just had our new shower completed by DreamMaker. From the design with Cheryl to construction with Mark, Ryan, Carl and others, the entire process was excellent. We were given plenty of time to make adjustments in the original design. The construction was first class and the area was always cleaned up before they left each day. We would highly recommend DreamMaker to anyone making a bath or kitchen remodel.

We had a crazy idea to move our washer and dryer into our second floor main bathroom. DreamMaker made this happen and the results are both beautiful and functional. The project involved gutting the bathroom, installing new plumbing, electrical, and venting for the dryer, replacing all fixtures and cabinets, and tiling the shower and the floor. Designer Marde Doolan skillfully designed a cabinet unit to hide the appliances when they are not in use. DreamMaker workers were skilled and professional, completing the work with much less disruption than we expected in just two weeks., sooner than promised. We are planning to hire them to remodel our master bath next.

We ultimate are very pleased with the outcome of the work done by Dreammaker. It took a little longer than was anticipated but in the end it was well worth the extra time.

DreamMaker completely replaced my kitchen and brought the house up to the exacting Ann Arbor building codes. They are terrific to work with from the designer Marde Doolan through the many craftsmen who worked on the project and one of the owners who came to inspect the finished work and complete the punch list. He found small items that needed correction that I had missed and had them addressed. They also provide a warranty for their workmanship!

We hired this company to convert our 1970's small bathroom into a 1/2 bath and separate master bathroom suite (utilizing space from the walk-in closet nearby). We also asked to update the doors to each of these rooms and the front hall closets, and a rip out of a pocket door and minor extension of the doorway into the kitchen. Our wish list was large and frankly I doubted it could all be done in the limited space. Our designer, Marde surprised us at the concept meeting by showing us how it could be done. Her design was exceptionally well thought out and seeing it in computer 3D made us believe. The entire process was professional, friendly and respectful from picking our surfaces and fixtures to the nuts and bolts of tear out and rebuilding. Our lead carpenter Ryan was on site every day. Talented, hardworking and a stickler for details, he was very easy to communicate with and left the work space clean and organized at the end of each day. Project manager Mark visited our site regularly to make sure everything was progressing on time and to help problem solve the occasional issue our older home presented. The coordination of specialty trades, city inspections and daily progress was pretty impressive. DreamMaker delivers exactly what they advertise--a professional transformation of your dream into reality. We highly recommend this company!

There are no words to describe how happy we are with our kitchen remodel, done by DreamMaker K&B. From the moment we stepped into their showroom and met with designer Cheryl Corey, we knew we were in good hands. Every step of the process went smoothly, and what could have been an overwhelming experience was instead filled with anticipation and happiness as each part of the remodel came into fruition. The crew, led by Gerry, was so professional, friendly and cleanly as they worked. We had a promised finish date, and the job was completed 9 days ahead of schedule. Everything about our remodel was first-class and I would trust them to handle any other home renovation dream in our future!

They are simply the BEST! They did a complete remodel and re-design of our kitchen. They were on time, professional and we couldn't be happier. From the beginning of the process to the end, everything went smoothly. They only use quality cabinetry and the best carpenters and designers. I would use them again in a minute. It was the best remodel experience we've ever had.

We presented DreamMaker with the challenge of updating a very small (5x7!) bathroom. Despite the limited size of the project, there was plenty of creativity, craftsmanship, and enthusiasm from the DM design, construction, and support staff.
