Budget Blinds was fantastic. After communicating what we were looking for, Dennis came to our house with exactly the samples that would suit the job and help me select a color that would work with our bay window. At the end of the consultation, I had a fair estimate of pricing and knew how to proceed without any sales pressure. We ended up electing to move forward with cafe shutters on our bay window area. After leaving the deposit over the phone, Dennis then called to ensure, in addition to the measurements he took onsite, that he had all the details of the order correct before ordering the shutters. I appreciated the attention he took to getting it the way we wanted. And, when the shutters finally arrived, the team at Budget Blinds proactively reached out to me to schedule an installation and were flexible when I had to change the date. On the day of the install, it was Dennis, who had initially taken the measurements of our window unit, who completed the installation. He did an excellent job in carefully putting the unit together but I was most impressed by how he cleaned up after himself throughout. When the job was done, the space was clean and the shutters looked great, even though our window is slightly not level. Even though it took about 8 weeks for the shutters to be made to size, it was well worth the wait! I can’t recommend Budget Blinds enough for the work they did and for the respectful way they treated us as customers; having now dealt with many vendors, their level of professionalism is unparalleled.

Budget Blinds measured and installed Graber veriticle blinds for my sliding glass door which leads to the patio and pleated shades for the window adjacent to the patio doors. I chose Graber because they were the only manufacturer I could find that had the same fabric and color for both. I was very pleased with the people from Budget as they were courteous, on time , clean and cared about me, the consumer.
