If anyone is even thinking about calling this company for an estimate, let alone hiring them for renovations READ THIS and RUN FOR YOUR LIFE! I wasn't going to write a review, however, since I found dinovelty on houzz, I felt it would only be fair to place the review on this website. God only knows if I would have read this, I would have never contacted them. Initially, the owners of the company come across as genuine and family oriented so you can trust them. My husband and I (a year later) are still trying to finalize renovations in the house that were either not completed in its entirety or completed half fast (many contractors do not like working over someone else's mistakes). Okay, here is the history....we contracted dinovelty to complete a total home renovation (floors, walls, kitchen, bathroom and everything in between). They promised to have the house remodeled within 3 months as a "turn key" meaning the home would be 100% complete and functional - that certainly wasn't the case. In fact, 7 months past and still the work was incomplete and their workers wouldn't even show up, some claiming they were never paid for the job and consequently sent us "notices to owner", threatening to place a lien on our house. Our family had to stay at a hotel for 11 weeks...yes, 11 weeks because we could not live in our own home. Ricardo and Carmen continued to promise that the work would get finished and would string us along for months without production. We were trying to be patient because we had spent a significant amount of money and had invested so much time and we just wanted the project completed. Now, after almost a a little more than a year of having started the project, the work that was actually completed, is now falling apart. The bathroom and kitchen cabinet paint is chipping off. The tiles on the bathroom that were beautifully displayed under their "Farm House" gallery are also falling apart - the grout is coming off of the walls and there have been 2 companies that we received an estimate from and they both suggested to remove and retile the entire bathroom because the tiles would be falling off in about a year (I have placed a couple of photos for your review...feel free to compare them to the one's they posted). After this whole process, Carmen and Ricardo still do not comprehend the impact they have caused by their false promises, inability to come through and cavalier attitude when confronted with situations. Companies like this should not be in business - I seriously don't know how the owners sleep at night.

I hired Dinovelty to renovate my bathroom in my one bedroom apartment in Edgewater Miami. The contract was signed on July 12, 2018. It is October 31, 2018 and my bathroom is still not done! Ricardo Lara said it would only take 3 weeks to complete the small bathroom renovation. It's now taking them more than 4 months! Despite repeated calls, texts, and visits to their showroom, the workers may only show up once or twice a week. The workers are messy and irresponsible. They poured building material down my kitchen sink (kitchen was not being renovated), and left white stains everywhere on my kitchen counter. They left random areas of the tile ungrouted. The mirror was installed too low so my faucet can't fit. Despite the fact that they can finish everything in 2 days, they choose not to. I am still living out of a suitcase because I don't have a bathroom to use in my own apartment!

We hired Dinovelty to install porcelain floors/ redo the entire bathroom/install kitchen counter tops and install a tankless water heater on the 6th of August 2018 for a small 1 bedroom apartment. We were promised that all the work would be completed by the 17th of Aug to meet our required timeline. We had received quotes from 8 different contractors but finally chose Dinovelty because they were the only ones that promised to complete the work in the timeline we required.. The majority of the renovation was completed by the 30th of August. However, there were significant delays in permit application for the tankless water heater. After constant back and forth with Dinovelty, and working directly with Carmen Vence, the permits were finally approved on the 15th of Jan. I am very appreciative that Carmen was able to complete the permit approval process as specified in their contract.

It has been a pleasure working alongside Dinovelty over the years. While we focus mainly on marble and granite kitchen and bathroom countertops, we can count on them for many different house remodeling services. We have seen them grow over the last few years as a result of their high-quality work and can attest to their professionalism and trustworthiness. We would recommend them without hesitation.

Hola , contratamos a la empresa Dinovelry para la remodelacion de la cocina , 1- quedamos completamente satisfechos con el trabajo ( calidad y diseno) 2- es uno de los pocos contratistas que realizan el trabajo en el tiempo prometido y quizas un poquitin mas pronto 3- despues de comparar los precios con diferentes proveedores , encontramos que Dinovelty tiene los mejores precios Gracias Ricardo Lara y el personal de su oficina
