Design Lab MN

I purchased 6 Viborg Chairs from Design Lab MN. The original color selected was Teal (maybe I saw that color on a different site that sells the Viborg Chair from Design Lab MN) and when I placed the order, the invoice came with the color "Deep Ocean Green". I didn't think too much of it...Two of the three boxes with the chairs were received, my husband opened the first two boxes and put them together. He threw out the boxes. I came home and saw the color was dark blue. When the last box came with the other two chairs, I was home and received them. The box had DARK BLUE listed on the box...Gee, that makes sense because that is the color I got, but NOT THE COLOR I ORDERED. Because the first 2 boxes were in a dumpster, Design Lab MN would not allow me to return them. They even doubted that I got the wrong color even though the second box is labeled Dark Blue which I sent them a picture of. Deceptive practices are not what I expect from any company that sells its products on Houzz much less any other site. I will fight this with my CC card, but it shouldn't resort to that. Since I couldn't return the chairs I asked for something in return so that I could go out and buy new pillows that would at least have dark to navy blue in them rather than shades of green or teal! I hear nothing, but crickets......Buyer BEWARE!
