On 3/21/2022 my garage door springs broke and i reached out to DESIGN GARAGE DOORS. They came Down and charged $130 for service call. After the work was completed i was going to pay with my capital one credit card and the worker stated that his boss, (owner) charges a 3% service fee and that he preferred cash or check… i found it extremely odd that in 2022 a company would do this… my issue is that even smaller mom and pop shops don’t do this… i spent $600+ on this work… i believe this company might be involved in unethical practices… this 3% fee also wasn’t included on the invoice also..

After speaking with various companies to inquire about replacing our garage doors we are happy that we decided on Design Garage Doors. We had received estimates for our doors that other companies wanted to sell us. Joe came to us with a choice of various models and informed us of the pluses and minuses to each as they related to our situation and needs. Before we made our final decision Joe followed up to see if we had any other questions. Less then a week after making our purchase the doors had arrived and we had them installed. As promised the installers arrived on time and did a great job. They were polite and courteous and when they left you would never know they were here. The left the garage spotless. Joe called shortly after they left to make sure that all went well and if there was anything else he could do for us. The garage doors look great and we welcome anyone to inquire about our experience with Design Garage Doors

We recently purchased a new automatic garage door from Design Garage Doors and are very, very pleased. The company was immediately responsive to our request for information and their representative came out and took the time to explain our options and alternatives in detail, with cost information for each choice. At no time did we think he was trying to “upsell” us, and in fact he included many extra features for no additional charge to arrive at an attractive price. The installers were on time and completely professional in doing their work. The new door is beautiful and works perfectly. In addition, we had a follow up call immediately after installation to insure that everything had gone well and to help us set-up the Internet Gateway feature. From start to finish, we could not be more pleased with Design Garage Doors.

One of my garage doors was broken and was left open in the middle of the snow storm last week (2/2014). I tried to call the garage door company that I used before, but they never sent anyone to fix the door. When I asked about installing new doors I was told it would take 2 weeks until they could come over. I then called Design Garage Doors. Joe sent someone to see the damaged door in the middle of the storm. Instead of fixing the door I decided to replace both doors, as they were old. The installers came back within 2 days and installed the doors and did a perfect job. It was also a pleasure to work with Joe who was polite, informative, and provided excellent service.

I talked to several different companies before choosing to use Design Garage Doors. They offered a very competitive price, and they were very professional. They were easy to get in contact with when I had questions, and they were very responsive and helpful throughout the process. I would definitely use them again.

Company installed a new garage door opener. The technician was knowledgeable, prompt and took the time to explain the details of the job. Management was flexible with scheduling the work. Quality products were installed. A follow up call was made to ensure that I was satisfied with the work performed. I would definitely recommend this company.

i was in need of a new garage door which was placed on the exsisting track. Garage design door provided me with his best price and installed in a timely fashion and did installation while vinyl siding was also being installed. joe the salesman and the installer were very professional. I would reccommend Design Garage Door if you . need an installation

This job was completed quickly and with high quality. There were a number of challenges as the garage is at my elderly father's house over an hour away from me. Joe easily handled each obstacle easily: Agreeing on Job - Used GoogleMaps to see what type of garage door might be needed - Met me there next morning, took measurements, helped select replacement, ensured he could get odd-size quickly - Before leaving, Joe emailed me a signed contract, all taken care of from his smartphone Scheduling Job - Immediately solved supplied issue and got better replacement door at same price - Agreed on date / time for installing garage door when an aide for my father would be present Execution - Work was done as scheduled with excellent results - Cleanup was as arranged (removed destroyed door, parts and debris) - Worker was respectful of my father
