My experience with Designer Door was excellent. We interviewed and received proposals from 4 different companies as we needed to replace our sliding glass patio door. We evaluated all proposals and chose Designer Door based on quality of door, explanation and process of installation, full warranty provisions, professionalism of staff, references, and competitive pricing. The after sales activity was performed timely and thoroughly, and most important was consistent with the discussion/activity as described in the sales phase. The actual installation activity moved ahead of schedule which was great for us. The install team was very professional and detailed every phase. The area was fully cleaned and after the 5-6 hour install the finished product looked excellent. So yes, overall we were very pleased with our decision and end result. I highly recommend Designer Door.

Through our online research we found Designer Door and Window when we were looking to replace our original 1979 front door. We visited their showroom to look at the doors and brands that they carried. During our showroom visit we made an appointment for their sales rep to come to our house to measure and further explain the ProVia brand we were interested in. The sales rep spent a lot of time with us designing and pricing out the door we were interested in. Absolutely no pressure to make a quick decision. Ultimately, we decided to purchase from them because of the positive reviews they had received from their other customers. Our experience has been outstanding. They were very responsive in all the stages from the final measurements thru to the installation. The installation team showed up on time, made sure all areas were protected as they worked, cleaned up as they went along and did a beautiful job of installing our new door. It has been a very positive experience, we highly recommend them.

Worked with Designer Door and Window recently, replacing most windows and glass in an existing door. A very positive experience throughout the process - low key sales and quote, good communication, excellent install and cleanup. Enjoying the improved view, lighting, functionality and energy efficiency!

Excellent experience with this company, starting with original estimate. Kevin, the sales rep, gave us answers to questions we hadn't even thought to ask. Conscientious and professional approach to all work. We had one half of the house fitted with windows last year and came back this year to do the other half. Also had a fire rated door installed leading into the garage. The smaller size of the company and the attitude of the owners enable them to keep quality control as extremely important. No qualms whatsoever in highly recommending this company.

We had 21 windows and a patio door replaced. Having prior experience with the Milgard product in California, we knew what we wanted here in Texas. But finding the “right” team to deliver on the install was the great unknown. Well... Designer Door & Window knocked it out of the ballpark! Whether it was Kevin in sales, or Debby in the back office, or Steve and the installation crew, the entire process went perfect! Based on our experience, they’ll not only receive our future business but we’ll be referring them to everyone we know. Great job team!

Salesperson Kevin was excellent in product presentation and ordering of doors. Project consultant Sally was excellent in coordinating initial measuring, informing me of expected project dates and scheduling. Measurement/installation crew were prompt, diligent, and expert with installation of front door and storm door. Cleanup before leaving left no evidence they were ever there. Highly recommend Designer Door & Window.

I was very impressed with the friendly, skilled team that came to do the install. A certain amount of noise and mess is expected when replacing windows, but Designer Door And window made sure to clean up _each_ day, not just at the end. This really helps to limit the stress that comes from renovation work. That, plus the quality of the install means I would definitely recommend them.

Without a doubt one of the best companies you can deal with! No gimmicky sales pitch or pricing...just an honest price for quality products. Designer Door and Window installed three doors in two homes and recently replaced all of the builder grade windows at our current home. Their installation team is the best in the business.

Designer Door and windows is awesome. We are replacing our windows a few at a time, the windows we have done so far have changed the look of the house! Every person I've talk to is very kind and they got the job done Beautiful and did t take to long. We will be replacing the rest of our doors and windows with them

Steve was very helpful in customizing a craftsman style door for our 1920 craftsman house. As you can imagine with a house this old, significant work was need to level and square the entry way. Steve and his crew tore down all the way to the studs, plumbed, leveled and secured our new massive Craftsman door. Love it. I will be hiring Designer again to do another door for us and maybe even some Milgard windows!!!
