Designer Appliances was founded in 2008 when three homeowners with young children realized how hard it was to shop for appliances. We launched our online store to empower homeowners to easily purchase quality appliances. From our inception at NJIT’s business incubator to our showroom and warehouse in Mountainside, NJ we continue to grow as a company. We currently have showrooms in Montclair and Bedminster NJ which offer a boutique-like shopping experience for all of our customers who desire high quality appliances to fit their budget and lifestyle. At Designer Appliances, we have the in-depth expertise that can only come from delivering appliances to more than 200,000 homes. We will help you every step of the way, from pricing and research to delivery and installation. As your source for high-quality, premium and popular brands (including Miele, Sub Zero, Wolf, Thermador, Viking, DCS, Electrolux, KitchenAid, Smeg, Lynx, Fisher Paykel, Weber and Bertazzoni), we can help you find the right choices to complete your home. This isn't the first time ordering from Designer Appliances/Russell Berta but there's always a "new kid in town" claiming better prices, service & delivery. I did my research on outfitting our new home and compared manufacturers, models and prices. I then (extensively) shopped around to all the major appliance distributors. AGAIN, D.A. & especially Russell came through with flying colors answering all of my questions and giving me the most competitive prices. THANK YOU, RUSSELL (& Designer Appliances).

We had the most pleasurable experience working with Briana Wills at Designer Appliances. Briana was patient, knowledgeable, and flexible throughout our working together. We were able to outfit our kitchen and laundry room design with the best pieces for our lifestyle. We would highly recommend Briana to anyone embarking on a home renovation project. She knows her subject, is highly responsive and is a very pleasant person to work with during a stressful time. 5 plus stars!

Russell Berta is simply the best! This is the second time that our family has reached out to Designer Appliances. Russell helped us to schedule appliance delivery, by deferring the appliance delivery until we are able to accept the appliances. He has facilitated installation services, also. It is a pleasure to be able to pick up a phone and speak to a salesperson who is concerned regarding customer service. Thank you, Russell!

I just ordered a Subzero refrigerator, Miele DW and Miele vent hood from Russell Berta at Designer Appliances. He was a delight to work with - helpful, efficient and very, very nice. Before reaching out to Designer Appliances, I called Subzero to ask about this retailer and the Subzero rep told me it is a wonderful and very reliable company. I can confirm that now. A+

I would give this establishment zero stars but it’s not possible. I paid $15,449.00 for wolf stove no complain. Buyers be aware! The hood sold as wolf cannot be authenticated! My receipt showed that I purchased a Wolf Deep Pro Series Wall Hood for $2,549.00 and a wolf 1200 CFM INTERNAL BLOWER for $1,010.00 totaling $3,559.00. Both the hood & the blower had no Wolf name or logo. The sales lady named Jill at the Bedminster location designer appliances store said she will ship the wolf logo for me to attach. I questioned the authenticity of the hood!! Since the manufacturer did not imprint its name on it, how can I guarantee the authenticity?!?! How do I know that it was manufactured by Wolf?!?!

Quick on the sale, and terrible on the follow up support the second they close the sale. I purchased 4 high-end kitchen appliances, and had issues with 2 appliances from day 1. Their install team recommended outright replacement, but I would have been happy with a simple call back on next steps for repair first. After dealing with two separate sales people, and patiently waiting multiple times, with multiple follow-up emails/phone calls (over the course of months), I’ve decided to leave a review. I would recommend going through another luxury appliance retailer - I will not be buying from them again.

Excruciating Experience. -Appliances took 14 Months -I had 3 different sales reps due to turnover in the company -They charged me for installation and when the appliances arrived nobody from Designer Appliances was available. -I had to contact a 3rd party installer myself and coordinate and pay for installation -They did not refund me for installation costs they charged me -The Fridge/Freezer that I waited 14 months for never arrived so I had to demand a refund and start the process over again. The process was poorly managed. Very little communication and accountability.

Ha commentato: Great to have laundry where you hang up clothes, butIf you can vent that is always your best option. However with some of today's condensing units as long as they are not put in a closed closet while running a cycle we really never hear complaints on ...
