Ordered flooring, counter tops, tile and grout from Randall Lee's. Customer service was top notch. Price was great for all my materials and labor, I was going to go with Home Depot but found if I did the project would be more in the end. I like that my installers would be local and IF there were a problem they would be around to take care of everything. Looking forward to my next project with them (Blinds and Wall paper). Great business keep up the good work and see you soon!

Randall Lee flooring America did a amazing job for us. Deborah Lee and I worked so well together, she listened to everything. I wanted a specific look, She was talented with color and textures. Not only did they do the flooring, They did custom rugs and fabric. Can't be more happy with everything. Will certainly refer them to friends On the Oregon Coast.

Randall Lee's was awesome while I was building my house. Both Deborah and Denise were dreams to work with and I probably drove them crazy with all my changes but they were patient and really great to work with. My wood floors turned out beautifully and they did some rugs for me as well, love them all!

The architectural, random width, laminate flooring, ordered and installed by Randall Lee's Flooring America, is beautiful! The owner's, Randall & Deborah Lee, along with their staff were very knowledgeable about the products. The install went very smoothly by seasoned, professional contractors. We were very pleased.

I had 1400 plus square feet of bamboo floating floor installed and have had nothing but problems with it but the owners have been very helpful in attempting to have everything corrected. Unfortunately, after 2 tries the floor continues to buckle and the manufacturers representative who came, has indicated that this is the wrong material for my area and floor. A final decision will be made soon. In the meantime, I am walking a spongy wood floor and awaiting a final decision and hopefully a satisfactory solution. For these reasons, I only rate the experience as a 3 star at this time. If everything is resolved promptly and satisfactorily the rating will increase.

Randall Lee's Flooring America installed all the floors in my home as well as advising me on decorating the interior. I purchased a real dump with good bones and a beautiful back yard. The house had to be gutted as the use of space was bizarre. Deborah Lee helped me figure out how to optimize the space and choose the right colors. The floors are now tile (which are heated. I advise heating tile floors if you like to go barefooted.), laminate flooring and carpet in the bedrooms. Deborah and Randall are warm people and consummate professionals. I recommend them every chance I get.
