We had a very good experience when we used Dean's services 10 years ago while refurbishing our house. He is talented, professional, knowledgeable, flexible and friendly. We used his advice on colour schemes for the rooms, furniture, lighting, flooring and all kinds of other things. He also sourced a few things for us and we were completely satisfied. We were very happy with the final result. In fact, we were so happy that now, that we are getting a new kitchen and refurbishing a couple of rooms in our house, we contacted Dean again and are working with him again.

We have used Armstrong-Keyworth at two houses both requiring complete redecoration and refurbishment. The last project involved the installation of two new bathrooms, together with decorating throughout - including curtains, blinds and light fittings. Having someone edit options and present them to you in a concise and considered manner is extremely helpful for busy people. Then having someone follow through and manage the whole process is immensely valuable. Dean took time to understand our brief and then select options. However, he was not afraid to challenge our often mediocre choices with something a little more radical. Some of the less safe options that Dean suggested have been the most successful! Costs are more often than not covered by the savings that having a professional with access to discounts can give you. If we were to do another house, then we would definitely be using Dean and Armstrong-Keyworth again.

I worked with Dean Keyworth on renovating two bathrooms in a listed house in Chelsea. He came recommended by friends who had a large project recently completed in Putney. Dean is very professional, always courteous, always on time, always ready to consult on every detail. We agreed the design and the budget and interviewed two different builders for this work. Dean was helpful on every level, dealing with me and helping me arrive at the right choices, and dealing with the builders while work was in progress. He was easy to work with, and we have remained in touch, in fact he kindly helped me with some decisions involving a holiday let I have in Cornwall. In addition he helped me complete some estimates for insurance on my London house.

Armstrong Keyworth has completed three residential projects for me. I have another project planned next year (2015) and will be using Dean Keyworth again for that. At first I used him simply to advise on colours and materials. Now he advises on flooring materials, furnishings, doors and other components. The reason I value him so highly is that he listens carefully to me, the client, and stays close to the brief he has been given. He clearly sees his role as supporting the client, not overruling him. For this reason, he "delivers". I would also recommend his professionalism and willingness to find creative ways to stay within budget. On a personal level I have found working with Dean both productive and very enjoyable.
