We have used Dawn on 3 separate occasions to remodel parts of our home. She has always gone above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with choices and price and most importantly being efficient in the scope of the work. You will see Dawn at your home overseeing the different crews and work will not start unless all materials are ready to be installed. You get a schedule and timeline and her crews have worked for her for years so we didn't have any surprises. We remodeled a kitchen added new flooring (carpet/wood flooring) and baseboards , painted throughout the house. We also had our garage door and front door repainted since her crew was there. As an added bonus she has a showroom to view and take home samples of flooring, carpet, and tile. We now have a lasting friendship and happy to refer anyone to Dawn! She is the best... Thanks Again.

Dawn and her team are amazing! From the remodel of my kitchen, to my new stone fireplaces, updated bathroom, and new stairs...I could not be happier. Dawn has impeccable taste, is creative in her ideas, practical where needed, and has an excellent group of craftsmen that she works with. Not only is everything beautiful, but I've really enjoyed the process. I'm looking forward to my next project!

Dawn did a great job on my parent's remodel! They had the unfortunate luck to have water issues/damage occur right at the beginning of COVID. This was incredibly stressful for them, but Dawn stepped in and was creative in her suggestions, completely transforming their kitchen! My mother loves the color blue so Dawn found the perfect blue/grey for her cabinets...and along with her awesome cabinet maker, floor guys, counter guys, etc. they found ways to mix existing with new to maximize my parent's space and budget. The kitchen is amazing...now I'm ready to do mine!

Dawn was incredible to work with. She had so many creative ideas that we would have never thought of. Love the carpet, paint, tile and especially the crazy wall!!! Would definitely recommend!!!

I love my new laminate floors! They look and feel fantastic, and I've been getting tons of compliments from friends too, which is an added bonus. Huge thanks to Dawn Rudio for helping me choose these floors! I went to 2 other companies for quotes before I decided to go with Dawn. After meeting her at her showroom in Valencia, she drove all the way to our house in Oxnard, measured the area and helped us with design, color choices and a few other ideas (like suggesting to use carpet on the stairs and laminate on the landing). She truly cares, and is super nice to deal with. I highly recommend her services!

I can't say enough great things about Dawn. My family and I recently moved into a new home and came to Dawn with what we invisioned for our flooring and wall panels and Dawn was soo passionate about finding exactly what we wanted. My husband and I trusted her with her feedback and with picking what was right for our growing family. Dawn and her crew are hard working(met with us on weekends, mornings, in her studio, at our house) and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We are soo grateful we found her studio.

I had a big renovation to do on our family home, and I was not going to be in town to oversee it. So, I hired Dawn at Rudio Designz to help me... Well, that was the best choice I could have made. Dawn listened to what I needed, then set about getting it done. She was wonderful to work with, a true professional, and a pleasure to communicate with as well. Dawn and her crew were so reliable that before I knew it, the job was completed -- everything from flooring to walls to light fixtures, plumbing and electrical. It was like a miracle! The house looks fantastic. Were it not for Dawn, I would still be trying to get it all done! And I'm not kidding! Thank you, Dawn.

Dawn came highly recommended by our neighbors. I started out showing her two mirrors that I wanted the bath to center around and a neutral color scheme.. She had numerous products selected that we could interchange until we found what we liked. She has long standing relationships with her craftsmen who were always here on time. Everyone was scheduled so that there was no down time waiting. When the tile was finishing early, Dawn had the plumber here that afternoon. She hade specific sales people that she works with in regards to selecting hardware, sinks etc and once selected, an email was sent to her with the product specifications that she then passed on to the electrician, plumber etc. I was very impressed that she was here almost daily to check in with the workmen. A wonderful group, highly detail orientated. I did have to hire a "handyman" to hang the mirrors, drill for the knobs on the cabinets, etc., but that is expected. She didn't rush with the paint selection, suggesting we wait until the flooring etc was in. Dawn was not pleased with the edging on the backsplash and went out herself and found that marble edging that matched perfectly. An added plus, you will love just being around her!

I used Dawn Rudio Designz to redo the floors in my home. Dawn is a professional and knows her flooring. She is able to listen to your needs and assist you in finding the perfect flooring. I replaced over 1300 square feet of carpeting with hardwood. Dawn's expertise was so valuable to the successful completion of my project. She contracts with installers who are professional, courteous, and on time everyday. My home is updated and beautiful, with Dawn's expert help. She stay on budget and the project was completed on time!!

We first used Rudio Designz over two years ago to install hardwood floors and carpet in our brand new home. We were very happy with the pricing and her crew were curtious, clean and did a beautiful job with the installation. After we did an addition, we added more hardwood floors and they were able to seamlessly continue the wood into the new room. Unfortunately, I had a sewer back up that has caused me to have to tear out a good majority of my hardwood and have it replaced. There is no other company that I trust to do this. We recommend them highly.

After searching for hardwood flooring for many months I was referred to Dawn Rudio @ Rudio designz from a business associate fellow of mine. Not knowing the first thing about engineered wood flooring I was educated with my choices as Dawn helped find me the best flooring species for my home and was much less in cost than her competitors . Dawn, the owner, is sooo amazing!! She has done my parents floors(twice!) as well as helped design their backsplash in the kitchen. Her ideas are unique and inspiring! She gets to know her clients so she can better understand what kind of things they like to make the best decision for them! And yes people, she makes house calls HERSELF!!
