Having interviewed five closet companies, I chose The Closet Works, even though they were not the cheapest. Their presentation was very thorough, and they had a genuine sale of 55% off which put them in a competitive position. The CAD helped in visualizing the projects, and the installation was done professionally when scheduled and with clean up. There was a problem with the measurements on one side of a closet, and this was rectified within a week with no questions asked. The final result was exactly what I had hoped for. The sales rep (Kyle) was available at all times, and the dispatcher (Sadie) was also very helpful. The contract can be done on the internet which streamlines everything as well. I would highly recommend this company.

This is the second time we have used Closet Works and we couldn't recommend them more. We are very happy with our new closets. The amount of storage space has gone up tremendously. So much more efficient than the old closets. They look great and have made our space so much more functional. Shelley did a great job with designing storage specific to our needs and space.

Twice we’ve had great experiences working with closet works. They have great customer service, the installers were very professional and everything looks great!

I contacted Closet Works in late January 2021 after a terrible experience with another vendor. Within a week I had a visit from a Design Consultant, Jen Guido, and within the the next week I had schematics and a proposal for three separate areas. Jen was professional, knowledgeable and a delight to work with. She listened to all my wants and desires and provided a number of design suggestions that worked with my vision. It could not have been a more pleasant experience. Jeff in scheduling was wonderful as well. He was so accommodating with date changes as a result of closing dates changing on our new home. The install crew was professional and pleasant. They completed the install timely and with minimal disruption to us. They were neat and cleaned up the install area well. The quality is superior to the previous vendor I used and the price was much better. You won’t be disappointed with this group.

I used Closet Works over 15 years ago. I wanted to upgrade my kids closet organizers and called them again as my go to company. I worked with Jenn who was great in helping with my kids closets and listening to what I wanted. I would recommend her and the company to everyone.

We are moving to a retirement community with large closet spaces but relatively unfinished. Gaye helped us design his and hers master bedroom closets that are spectacular. Mine features room for more shoes than anyone should own as well as 3 jewelry trays and plenty of space for hanging items. I love my closet. My husband's closet features lots of drawers and shelves as well as tons of hanging spaces. We feel so comfortable moving knowing that everything has it place. Gaye's design was creative, easy to understand and really maximized our space. She was efficient and responsive. (despite the Covid delay). We then went ahead a ordered a custom office and bookshelves.

I used closet works for the second time and had a very below average experience. First of, my designer and consultant was unavailable, distant, and always seemed bothered. I felt like I constantly had to chase her around for answers and help. When issues arose, she acted put upon and at one point basically said it was her problem. Instal day was even worse. One of the installers had such a terrible and nasty attitude that I almost asked him to leave my home. The hardware for my closet system couldn’t be found that morning so they just brought something else. No one called, no one wrote an email. They told me me is passing. The guys destroyed the walls and doors with no regard. Then they had the audacity to leave without telling me a closet island door was missing. Again no one called or even made an attempt to inform me. I found out when I went to the house to make sure it was locked. So disrespectful. Earlier in the instal day, I called the main office to try to solve the hardware issue and no one called me back from there either. Overall, just a very dissatisfying experience. No body cared and no body tried. Not one of these people showed any integrity or work ethic. Just all getting by. I certainly will not use this company again and won’t ever recommend it to anyone.

We are very satisfied with our new closet. Better price than competition and thicker materials used. Very high level of service after the installation as well, as some items were not in stock, but great effort was made to follow up both in communication and on-site craftspeople to finish remaining items. You should know that baseboard and crown molding will only go where the closet pieces are, which may leave some areas uncovered, such as at the side of the entry door. Also, uneven drywall may cause uncoverable gaps to crown molding. Also, lighting should probably be different with new closet materials, so get that done ahead with advice from a lighting store. Finally, get paint that will match the color and finish of the closet pieces - it is less expensive than getting backing and looks great..

We worked with this closet company after interviewing 3 others. Their product is great; their group is thoughtful and devoted. I'd use them again if we move and would recommend them to anyone.

Our design consultant, Shelley, did an incredible job with the consultation and suggested adding on another closet to an empty space that would make the space useful. They have a great vision for design and what can become of it, and do so in a professional manner. Great companies set expectations and over-deliver, and Shelley did that exactly. The materials and construction are great, and the overall finished product will always be better than what you already have.
