Monster Tree Service of Greater Austin

We engaged Danze & Davis Architects to design our forever home in the Texas Hill Country. Donovan met with us originally and took lots of notes and was able to capture everything we asked for almost immediately. We then were fortunate to work hand-in-hand with Wade in getting all of the details completed. Wade was unbelievable; he is a creative genius when it comes to immediately capturing what you are thinking and incorporating it into the design. He was able to make suggestions we could have never dreamed of that are now some of our favorite aspects of the home. To say our experience with Danze & Davis was great would be an understatement. We could not be more pleased.

We were referred to Danze and Davis by one of the premiere home builders in NCTx. Danze and Davis were the original architects to design the home amd we wanted to build an addition to the house following the purchase. My wife and I met with Donovan Davis and Karina Buerke. Great team, Donovan was attentive to detail and listened to my wife’s every request. Karina was timely, very effective and professional at delivering the project initial rendering, worked with us to make adjustments and produced blue prints in collaboration with the team. Great experience, good people and a pleasure to work with them.

Younger Homes

The architects and designers are incredibly knowledgeable and easy to work with. We have enjoyed multiple projects with the team at Danze and Davis since we started working in the Austin Area. They are attentive, timely, are great with customers, and most of all are really good at what they do - focusing on energy efficiency, optimal site placement, and live-ability of the home.

Danze & Davis have proven to be the go to guys for any architectural needs no matter the style of home you have in mind. I personally ran across them after seeing their "Lake Travis" home right outside my neighborhood which is a stunning contemporary work of art (and my dream home!) For my first house I went with one of their design concepts rather than starting from scratch due to my budget concerns. The contemporary home I chose has proven to be very economical to build as well as efficient in the energy department. The staff at Danze & Davis has been very informative, attentive, and courteous since day one. Tina helped me through the plan and site plan process providing great service and reasonable prices. We used Danze and Davis to create our dream Net Zero energy home in Driftwood. Donovan is a great listener, gives sound advice and, most importantly, puts on paper what we can only imagine vaguely in our mind. He took our budget concerns seriously and allowed us to revise an existing plan to something that was perfect for our lifestyle and the lot we had chosen. In the process, we were able to save at least 30% in design costs. The final house is exactly what we wanted. It was like he could read our minds! All the staff at D/D are very easy to get along with, and Sarah our project manager did an excellent job of doing the bulk of the work revising the plans. All the builders we've shown the plans to have remarked on how detailed and complete they are, so we know we made the right decision by going with Danze and Davis. We are anxious to see the final plans come to life in the coming year.

Donovan at Danze and Davis is probably the best listening Architect I've ever encountered. In the number of projects we've worked together he's been able to meet our needs with amazing vision.
