Growing up I was exposed to the real estate industry, my father was a realtor. It never failed every weekend it was mandatory that I accompanied him to his open houses. A key factor that I still remember was him advising his clients in ways to bring up their home value. A cost effective way to do so was to add a little landscaping and definitely a fresh coat of paint inside and out. I've been personally involved in the painting trade since the tender age of 16. I spent my time as a teen learning the trade from the inside out by starting at the bottom and working my way to managing jobs as a foreman. Upon graduating with a degree in business management I decided wholeheartedly to create Dan Madrid's Custom Coating. We employ a consistent staff of professional journeyman painters.
