Cyr Kitchen and Bath

My mom simply needed a shower/tub replacement. She was informed it would be "a few days". IT WAS OVER 30 DAYS! Yes, a wall piece broke which wasn't anyone's fault, but the lack of service & communication was pathetic! She stayed home wondering if anyone was going to show up......on many days. She had to be the one to reach out to Cyr. Took advantage of an elderly lady for a whopping $12,000 for a shower/tub install in a mobile home! Horrific service at an unreasonable price. The contractor guys were wonderful.

We were blessed to have Amy (a designer at the Tilton Cyr Branch) recommended to us by a friend as we started our renovation journey. Amy and the many other players that were involved during the entire project all took what is a very stressful situation to a home owner and provided us a beautiful and quality end result. Based on our experience, Cyr was always there to accommodate us and assure us along the way that the end result would be of quality (that they backed up) and what we wanted and expected. Any of the independent contractors they utilized were also top notch. The process that Cyr takes with providing a designer, a project manager, head carpenter and several project reviewers was very beneficial with smoothing out occasional rough spots (it's evitable to have some) such as when material was delayed, unforeseen issues jumped out or quick adjustments in design were necessary. We joked at times that Amy was our reno therapist as she guided us through the process and assured us during stressful moments that all would iron out. And they always did. We were very happy and impressed with the quality of work, the options provided, cost and professionalism of the entire crew. We would hire their services again and recommend them.

Nancy and her team did a great job on our bathroom remodel! Working with all the hassle of Covid lot of things could have gone wrong but nothing did. Nancy was so helpful from the start of picking out all the products and making sure everything would match , I cannot thank her enough. We initially started looking into designing our kitchen in March 2018. We started with another kitchen design company. I thought we had bonded with this designer. We decided to look at another design company and went to Cyr. Nicole came to our house when I was not able to be there. A few days later I met with Nicole thinking I already had my mind made up (working with the other company). I was wrong. Nicole was able to help me and perfect all my decisions. Nicole helped with providing choices, and samples to take home. She assisted when we met with Cyr’s vendors on counter tops, lighting, sinks, and faucets. She gave us great ideas on flooring that Cyr had in their showroom. We were very happy with all her advice and we were able to make great decisions. The installation went extremely well especially since we were not living in our house for the summer. Janelle provided daily update on timeline for the installation. We had two issues that were noted and corrected to our satisfaction. The countertop cut of the center island was not as designed. Janelle and Nicole reacted quickly, and the vendor returned with the correct cut by 6:00 PM the same day. A few tiles were clicking. The Cyr flooring team came out the next morning to evaluated. The tile vendor was out to correct this issue within a couple of days. I just want to say we are so happy and ecstatic with the finished product. Honestly this is the first project my husband and I were able to pick everything we wanted, and we could not be happier. We cannot wait to live, cook, entertain, and enjoy our new kitchen. Every Cyr employee and vendor’s installers who entered our home were extremely qualified, professional, friendly, and willing to give any advice needed during the install. Thank you all for your professionalism and craftsmanship. We have a high-quality designer kitchen. Along the way we also did out ½ bath next to the kitchen. Had Cyr Kitchen renovate my kitchen. Could not be more pleased with the finished product. Amy at the Tilton office was excellent with helping my wife and I with what we wanted and fitting our vision and budget into our remodel. On the day of install, Rich the cabinet installer provided professional experienced service. The install took four days in total. I cannot express how happy we are with the outcome and the high quality service that Rich provided to us. Rich went out of his way to ensure the job was done correctly. Down to little details like cleaning dust and going over his work, making sure we were happy. I would highly recommend Rich for any remodeling job with Cyr Kitchens as well as Cyr Kitchens for a remodel. Rich is definitely an asset to Cyr. Can’t say enough about him.

Here is a review of our recently completed kitchen renovation… Decision on Cyr Lumber: Recommended by friends who had their kitchens done. Also recommended by a contractor when we built a porch using composite decking purchased through CYR. Visited and worked with the sales team at Cyr. Design Phase: Our designer/consultant was Nicole Houle who came recommended by the friends who had their kitchen designed by her. Nicole was very easy to work with. Very helpful in selecting materials, colors, etc. Listened to what our wishes and thoughts were on our dream kitchen. Nicole offered several designs to give us options we might not have thought about. That helped in deciding what the final design would be. An example of the give and take, even though our breakfast bar was not considered a normal design, Nicole understood why we wanted the double-sided seating and built it into our design. We love the results and expect to have family and friends gathered around it. Great communication and support throughout the project. Even though we weren’t 100% sure of all the design decisions we made, it turned out to be exactly what we hoped for! Renovation Phase: The project lead was Janelle DeCoste. Janelle was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the project. The schedule and project binder gave us a step by step picture of the project from demo day through finishing off the punch list. Janelle communicated with us almost daily and during the crucial installation phase at times communicated several times a day. She was always quick to reply to our concerns/questions. The Cyr team, too numerous to mention individually here, were excellent at their trade. The electrician, painters, and counter sub-contractors were all top notch! The results are fantastic. Summary: Renovations, especially kitchens, are very tough on the home owners like us. With that said, we feel Cyr did an excellent job working with us throughout the project. Communications during the project is the critical factor, and Cyr has that down pat. We would recommend the Cyr team to anyone looking to renovate a kitchen. Thank You! Linda from Cyr helped design our absolute perfect kitchen. I adore every detail. I had a lot of ideas for the layout/must haves, and she took the time to help me find a layout and design that really met our needs ... and so much more than we would have thought about on our own! She was completely transparent about costs right from the start, and provided guidance on where to cut/splurge as needed based on our own priorities. She was patient, knowledgeable and efficient. Her installation team did an amazing job, and she readily took care of any issues/questions that popped up during installation and once we settled into our new space. I have an AMAZING kitchen ... and I owe much of it to Linda! I can't recommend Cyr enough!

Cyr Kitchen and Bath just finished a complete remodel of our kitchen. My wife and I could not be happier. From design, to planning, to implementation, the Cyr team was terrific. From our perspective, this was a major project. We demo'd the old kitchen down to the studs. We opened up entrance ways, we added new plumbing, cabinets, doors, lighting, heat, pretty much everything. Some things of note: Schedule - Janelle and the Cyr team were more concerned about meeting timelines than I was. They even asked if it would be OK to work on a weekend to make sure we stayed on schedule. They were on the ball, all the time. Quality - The pride in how the finished job looked was obviously important to every person that came to our house. My wife and I are in disbelief on how much each person cared about their part of the job. Expertise - We have an old style cape that came with many "hidden" surprises. The team did a great job figuring out the best solution. During the project, my wife and I often said, " We are so glad we did not go with X contractor, there is no way they would have solved that problem." Cyr has the experts that can tackle the problems. Please understand that we have ZERO connection to Cyr. They were just another company we thought we should get a quote from. We interviewed about 5 companies before choosing them. We are so glad we did. Now, Cyr Kitchen and Bath is on the top of our list for our next project. If you are thinking about a remodel, look at Cyr. You'll be glad you did. By the way, if it wasn't obvious, we LOVE our new kitchen and would be happy to tell you all about it.

We ordered our kitchen cabinets from this store on May 26, 2016, today is September 14th and we are still waiting for parts!!! Our cabinets came in on July 2nd, they require a paid in full balance before the cabinets are delivered. The next day when they are delivered, I open the boxes and I have the wrong cabinets. Chis the designer at CYR tells me to have my installer put them in and he will order the correct door styles as the box sizes should fit. As the installer is working on this he finds the wrong size cabinets for our beverage center. Being on a time schedule to get the countertops measured our installer cuts the cabinets and makes it work. CYR's Kitchen Manger Bill GUARANTEE me delivery of the new door style delivery and all the missing parts, crown molding, kick molding, corner cabinet door, slide outs and Island backing in three weeks. We wait and the doors come in but nothing else. They sent their installer, he puts my doors on and asks if he can come back the next day to pick up the old doors. The next day he shows up early takes the old cabinet doors and tells me CYR said he could keep them so he is going to put them in his cabin up North. He will let Chris know what we need no need to follow up. I call Chris and tell him what is missing just in case. I find out later this installer quit and stole all the cabinet doors!!! My husband and I visit the store talk to the GM, Kitchen Manager Bill, and they say two weeks its all coming. I offer Chris the list of what is missing but he says I don't need it everything is already ordered. Three weeks longer and its here. Nope missing all the kick boards the corner cabinet door 2 slide outs and a decorative panel.They send a different installer who basically sits in my garage most of the day but manages to install crown molding on three cabinets in 7 hours. Here we are on September 13th and we are guaranteed September 12th delivery and still nothing. i go to the store again and am told they have SOME of it!!!! It will be in Thursday! i call my kitchen cabinet guy to get this install finished but he isn't available because CYR lumber hired him and he is doing a job for them!!!! They do not care at all for their customers. They got their money and they are done with us. NEVER ORDER YOUR KITCHEN FROM CYR IN WINDHAM!!!!! I have built 4 homes and never have I had such a horrible exprience.

I ordered cabico kitchen and bath cabinets from them and am happy with the quality of them. Cyr took 12 weeks and 3 reorders to get me all the correct cabinets. They offered to install the 3 wrong cabinets for me which was nice but they did a horrible job. I had them fix one when they returned with the final cabinet. The other I just spent 4 hours of my Saturday fixing. They offered purge items verbally and then later denied stating. When my company messed up we bend over backwards to make it right. Cyr made the situation worse.

We worked with Cyr Lumber for a bathroom renovation this past winter. Nadia worked with us and was responsive and professional the entire time - as was the crew who did the work. I definitely recommend them. They are interested in ensuring you get what you want and are completely satisfied with the finished product.
