Carolyn Ubben Architect PLLC

Carolyn Ubben started Carolyn Ubben Architect PLLC in 2015 to focus on creating transformative residential remodels through pragmatic solutions and responsive designs. Carolyn specializes in residential design projects ranging from small to large renovations, additions, and new construction. Carolyn Ubben has been practicing architecture for over 20 years. She has a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Virginia and a Master’s Degree in Architecture from Virginia Tech. With an interest in both historical architecture and modern design, she melds classic design with contemporary living. She is committed to sustainable building practices. Carolyn is a licensed Architect, a member of the American Institute of Architects, and a LEED accredited professional with a specialty in the design and construction phases of green buildings by the USGBC (U.S. Green Building Council). Her experience as a design professional, and with residential projects, helps guide your decisions for your home. When Carolyn isn’t designing she enjoys family time. Carolyn and her family have lived in Vienna since 2002.
