I just can't say enough about this company! From the beginning of our project they were extremely efficient, helpful, and very professional. Every single employee's workmanship was of the highest quality and were an absolute joy to work with. I would highly recommend this company for anyone's future projects. They truly turned our house into a warm and inviting home. We couldn't be more pleased!

Chris and his team recently remodeled my mother's home. We interviewed several contractors over a six month period before choosing Chris Riggins. He came highly recommended with the caveat that he does excellent work, but is not the right one if you're looking for discount pricing craftsmanship. I have owned several home and worked with GCs before. I can honestly say that Chris' work exceed both my mother and my expectation. Whether it was superior quality work with wood floors, walls, ceilings, bathroom remodel or any component of this renovation, Chris and team did amazing work. When changes came up, Chris was professional with change orders but treated us like family, not just a transactional customer. His team are not mere day-laborers but artisans with wood, electrical and tile, ceramic. The money was well spent. We could have gone with cheaper bids, but we are so pleased we did not. Every detail of what was agreed upon was achieved and Chris even went out of his way to do a few extra touches. He has integrity and principles, which to be honest, has been challenging for us to find. We interviewed a dozen contractors but went with Chris, and it was the best decision we made. I can't give enough thanks to Chris and the entire team that makes up Riggins Construction! We started our initial onsite meeting with a basic remodel/upgrade plan and he ended up taking on the entire project which included fully new HVAC, Plumbing, Electric, Roofing, Drywall, Paint, Full Kitchen and even adding an upstairs loft/office//bonus room to what was just a large oversized useless attic space before. All the trades that stepped onsite were a pleasure to deal with, repectful and knew their trade very well. From start to finish of the 6 month project Chris was extremely helpful in merging our design ideas and bringing his own to the table through brainstorming to get the end result exceptional. From planning to execution with great follow up and updates. He also stopped by the project daily making sure all was flowing nicely and keep up in the loop....Best part is it was all ON BUDGET!! I would not hesitate to refer him to my friends and family as well use him again for any additions we need with our expanding family and some future projects I have planned. These days it's so rare to find a general contractor that knows so many details about each trade which really helps out along the process. He also has fine carpentry skills for a bunch of cool little detail stuff we added to the scope. He was able to get the finish details precise and the end result speaks for itself. Chris was a blessing sent to us!! And here's why: Chris came into a disaster... we had one contractor abandon the job... my husband and I were desolate... Chris took on the job and he was there on time, he was clean and methodical. He had to re-do a lot of work to make it nice, liveble, and city approved. He came to work everyday on time.

We selected Chris Riggins Construction for our home renovation project. He and his team were extremely professional and considerate. They performed very difficult structural changes, created an open floor plan between our living room and kitchen , and installed new cabinets, electrical and plumbing up date, as well as appliance installation and painting. During the construction, we moved out of our house and trusted Chris and his team to do their best. We were able to review web images on an almost daily basis showing us each step of the project. Their work had the highest of craftsmanship. They approached things as more than a project, but as creating a home. At each stage, we felt they critiqued their progress with a homeowner perspective. We would highly recommend Chris and his team to any others looking for the best quality work and excellent customer service.

Chris & his crew did an outstanding level of quality workmanship for us. He was there when he said, did what he said he would & was not averse to changes. Knowledge & skill levels were above reproach. Misunderstandings were quickly addressed & corrected. They followed directions well. On time & stayed close to our budget.

I hired Chris Riggins Constructions to build a room addition on my home. Chris did an excellent job. I interviewed 9 recommended contractors before selecting Chris. After speaking with Chris and going over his bid, it was very clear he was the best person for the job. His level of detail was the best of all the bids received. There were no costs over-runs and no completion delays. Chris was not the least expensive but he was not the most expensive either. Chris work well with the City Inspectors and was always present to answer their questions. The project received its progress approvals and final approvals with ease.

Chris has done several projects for me over the years. From a bathroom remodel on a rental house to crown molding and all new doors on my house in Fullerton, just to name a few. He is detail oriented and reasonably priced.

Chris Riggins is simply the best. He has taken care of my last two home remodels and has done work for me at my office. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!!! He is professional, responsive, and his quotes are reliable. When he has worked for me, he has come in "under" the estimated time he said he would complete the project. I tell Chris what I want done and he makes sure it gets done and gets done right!!!

Chris Riggins Construction just completed our master bath remodel and we are very pleased with the outcome and the process. Chris’ hallmark is reliability, and that was evident from the get-go when he showed up early for his appointment to scope the project. His bid followed shortly thereafter. The project started on schedule with work being done every day. Chris was on-site every morning to orient the “crew of the day.” He personally performed carpentry work which was remarkably precise. The door he installed from scratch is the best fitting one in my whole house! His subs were also highly skilled, professional, and showed up on schedule. Chris was very good with maintaining a line of communication so that we knew what was going to be done and when. His work quality was known and appreciated by our local building inspector which never hurts. The project was finished on-schedule and on-budget.
